He created the most STUNNING wedding decor for us. Everyone could not stop commenting on just how beautiful the venue looked and we couldn’t be happier.He was so professional, listened to what we had wanted but also used his experience to make suggestions for us and the outcome was amazing.We didn’t have a single issue with his services, he was completely faultless. I would 100% recommend to anyone and can’t thank him enough for making out dream wedding a reality.

Miranda was amazing!From the moment we booked her nothing was too much trouble, an email here and a phone call there, she was always willing to talk through any idea we had. We hired her lime washed chivari chairs and they just completely perfected the look of our wedding.We hired her post box as well as her topiary trees with fairy lights which just helped to finish our decorations.All was well organised and Miranda is so lovely to work with.

Has been my go-to hotel for years whenever I come home to Cardiff and have always been happy with it, but this is the first time I've had time to use the pool and spa, and the changing rooms were like stepping into a different building: broken/rusted lockers, broken ceiling tiles and broken locks on the shower doors, used plaster left on the bench, steam room with no steam, surly receptionist.It's a shame because the spa/pool was always a big factor for me in choosing this Hilton compared to other local hotels, I just never had the time to use it until this week.That being said everything else about the hotel is great, so if you don't plan to use the pool/gym it's 5 stars.

Bells and Bows did an amazing job for my wedding this May. We had the blossom trees, centre piece decorations, easels and chair decorations. It all looked absolutely beautiful! The communication and booking process was brilliant and super easy. I would 100% recommend!

Caroline was absolutely amazing to work with. She coordinated our wedding day and styled both our ceremony and reception space and it was so beautiful. Walking into our ceremony and reception space felt like a like dream and she nailed every detail we were looking to have on the day. She also kept us right on schedule on the day which allowed us to have the best day of our lives with no stress. We had an incredible day just enjoying ourselves and celebrating with our family and friends whilst Caroline made sure everything ran seamlessly in the background. The styling and deco of our reception room was perfect and she nailed the brief to an incredible standard. She also had the most gorgeous hire pieces which really added to aesthetics we were looking for. Our venue looked incredible thanks to her!! She has always been super responsive to all our queries and concerns and has kept us organised through our entire planning journey. We cannot recommend her enough xx

Gemma was so great to work with! We had a destination wedding in Scotland and hired Gemma to coordinate our day. It was an 8 hour difference during the planning process and Gemma was super helpful in providing suggestions for vendors and helping with initial outreach. She coordinated with all the vendors leading up to the day and was there through the duration of the wedding to make sure everything went smoothly. Thank you, Gemma!

Jordana was our Wedding Designer this year and the full experience of working with her and the team was just amazing. Jordana made us feel at ease and stress free throughout our meetings before the wedding. She knew exactly what we wanted in our decor and presentation.Her and the team set our venue up perfectly - could honestly not fault a thing!Everyone commented on how beautiful the place looked, especially the floral arrangements! We had the fabulous Hazel at our wedding and she was so fantastic! If you want a personal ceremony that really reflects you and your partner then Hazel is your gal. From all the effort she put into getting to know us as a couple, to hanging around to help round up people for photographs on the big day (!) she is there every step of the way and made the ceremony feel really special.
