To say that I feel that I have been robbed is an understatement, and using my size as an excuse to charge more is very rude and unprofessional. Was initially quoted £90 but had to pay £40 deposit which I accepted. During the waxing I must admit I was treated well considering the nature of the waxing, but was told it may be a good idea to have bit of hair on my abdomen waxed, and a bit of extra hair in my intimate area waxed, which I was advised would cost a little bit more. Judging by the prices on her price list I was OK with this (although thought the Hollywood should deal with front and back). When it came to paying I was told we would have to pay an extra £120 on top of the £40 deposit I paid. I didn't say anything at the time as didn't want to create a scene in front of my dad and husband and was in a state of shock. My husband has since questioned the costs as down south for what I had done the prices are a lot cheaper (regardless of a person's size _ I am an 18),. My husband was told that we had agreed to extra works prior, and also she said that because I was a bigger lady it was more difficult to get in to areas and was a big job. I did agree prior to the extra work (which was not a lot) not realising the charge would be an extra £120 more for literally a couple of extra wax strips, and using my size as an excuse to charge more is very crafty/snakey.I followed all the instructions that she gave to make her job easier, so my size should not have come in to it. To add insult to injury I still have quite a few hairs that were missed. The price guide on her website is also out of date so I will be seeking advise as I'm sure she has not complied with trading standards regulations.I'm so upset, I feel like I have not got my monies worth, and I have been robbed and insulted. I will make sure that all I know in Stoke On Trent know about this place.

One of the best facials, I've had. The lady was so nice and understanding to my sensitive skin. The whole treatment felt amazing and I'd recommend to others. And I'll be returning again as well... 10/10

Not organised booking service, rude not professional staff.Last booking for using my gift card when I come MY PROCEDURE WASNT DONE.When I come they told me that they cancle my booking, when I start complening about it. Because how they cancle my booking without letting me know.Then they tell me that actually my booking was 1.5h early and it's my mistake that I came late.When I asked to do the same procedure in another day, staff tell me - No or I need to pay again.When I come back in the same day to cancel my future booking they tell me that one of they staff member just finished last client and can stay to do my procedure after work (it's was at 1pm and they are working untill 4.30pm) but inbegining they for somereaso couldn't found the time for me just in 2 weeks.Some staff really take care of customers and doing job with all heart(really like - looks like Spanish Isabelle she is doing massage so good and another) but some just lie to cover mistakes.No more again.Waste of my time.

I regularly go to the Have Beauty Room - both Vicki and Danielle are brilliant and very professional but also really personable. I had a hot stone massage last week which was so relaxing (just what I needed after the kids had gone back to school) and a mini pedicure today both of which are really reasonable priced. From waxing to facials (they use Guinot which are really lovely products) you always feel relaxed and in a very welcoming atmosphere - wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

Visited beauty @qcuts today massage by Krisha and made me feel so comfortable , I left feeling on cloud 9 and so relaxed will be visiting again soon.

I have had appointments for several months now with Rachel, I am over the moon with the results and cannot recommend her enough, she is a lovely person and amazing at her job, she is always so welcoming and her clinic room is spotless. I’m so glad I found her!

Jenny’s knowledge and experience is incredible I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone that needs help with their skin whatever the issue may be . She’s is lovely and friendly and will make you feel very welcome . Thank you Jenny for helping me over the last 2 years, I wish I had found you much sooner !

DreamsDay Spa are simply the best , from beautiful, relaxing and cosy rooms, to professional, friendly staff .The treatments really do work , and i can't recommend this spa enough !!
