Lou was so lovely and reassuring during my appointment. I was nervous but it was a very relaxing atmosphere and she adjusted the machine so as not to put me in unnecessary pain, and checked in with me throughout the treatment. Really happy with the results and very reasonably priced. Thank you!

Lou has really transformed the skin on my face … I’ve tried all sorts of products in the past but nothing has ever worked until going to Lou.
