Darren was friendly , courteous and efficient. However communication with the office was a little erratic as having asked me to change the time Darren then turned up on the original date.This actually suited me but it was lucky I happened to be there!

Incredible poor service and customer experience. 5 mins spent inspecting" the damp in my property and had to wait 2 weeks for my report. when i complained the person i spoke with was very rude and i was told that their role isn't to find out were the damp is coming from! which is odd as i see know other reason for a damp inspection and if a reason for the damp isn't identified

Good work and excellent service. Perry Spang, the area surveyor who dealt with our case, was patient, flexible when we wanted to change the scope of the works, and very sensitive in communicating with us at a particularly stressful and distressing time for us. If only some of the other people we dealt with from other companies had been quite so helpful! The aftercare and follow-up service has been exceptional, with Perry taking the time to explain things to us and make sure we’re happy even once the work was finished and the bill paid.

Work completed quickly, efficiently and of high quality. Sheena was fantastic sorting out all the logistics & organising the job. Price was excellent too.
