Brilliant! Ladies are always super helpful, cheerful, friendly, and manage busy periods well. On the one occasion a print was less than perfect, I wasn't charged for the replacement and it was granted immediately with no hassle. Frames and gifts are lovely, everything is very reasonably priced. Kiosks are easy to use, but should you need to ask for help, the ladies have the most wonderful way of not making you feel like an idiot! I don't know what experience the person giving 1 star had, but I wouldn't go anywhere else unless this place closed down!

Dreadful, I got to the store and there was a sign up saying the member of staff will be back in 15 minutes so I waited. Upon his arrival I asked him how to get photos from my phone and in to print and he said 'just use the machine' I used the machine and asked him a couple of questions while doing so and he was extremely miserable and seemed more interested in playing on his phone. I asked how long the prints would take and he said they'll be ready in30 minutes, so I did a little shopping and went back exactly 30 minutes later to find he had left the store and put another sign up at the entrance saying he'll be back in an hour. If he had told me he was popping out again I would not have bothered coming back at the time I did. He was rude, miserable and unhelpful and I won't be going back to a Max Spielmann shop again and I suggest no one else does either.

I went to the Broadstairs store at 5.40pm on Friday 27th January 23, the closing time is 6pm! We asked the man to do our daughters passport photo, he said he can't as he's cashing up! I said it only takes 5 mins" to which he replied "I can't cashup & do the photo! I replied "you are open till 6" which he replied "I'm not doing it" I then asked for the the Manager's name

Abby Went above and beyond to help me and the result was great. Extremely professional and friendly. Highly recommended and I will be back

The young man in Tesco’s could not have been more helpful. Excellent customer service and willing to assist me in ordering my photos and frames etc.

The very young boy in your store has no interest in helping customers. He just wants to be in the rear area on his phone. I found him totally unprofessional it was as though I was an inconvenienceThis person should not deal with customers he has no interest in his job

I used Max Spielmann in Tesco Broadstairs to complete 3 x passport renewals. They took the photos, ensured that they were the right size, unobscured and correct brightness using the Gov.uk check site and then offered to process the applications. I came back two days later, they completed all three applications for me on the Gov.uk site. I then had to have my child's likeness verified by a 3rd party after the staff sent the link to them. I paid also to have all three documents returned once the new passports were issued which the staff then sent off for me to respective passport offices around the UK. The standard of service is excellent, the two members of staff were professional extremely responsive, especially when taking the new passport photos and they processed all the documentation very quickly. This service does cost a little extra, but if you like I am not interested sitting in front of an online passport applications making continuous errors or taking photos that will be rejected instantly, then I strongly advise using Max Spielmann. A personal thank you to the two ladies who were in the shop on both days that I visited, brilliant customer service especially when you were still managing to serve all the other customers visiting the shop.
