Incredibly rude receptionist. All i say to her is i think myself and my little one have and appointment. Got Suspended because I told the receptionist i will beat her after i was disrespect and treated poorly and they try to label me as been aggressive. There was a mother and her 3kids and my 10yrs old that witness the incident. I even mentioned to the dental head how I was treated by the rude receptionist but there was another old woman who back her up because they come from same country guess 2 against 6 balck . Fair enough yeah i forgot my appointment. Smh " like I even want to come back" and now seeing other people reviews saying the same. You lot need to know Respect goes both ways. Sort out your receptionist!!! She is horrible."

Absolutely rude receptionist, she does not know how to talk to patients . I wonder why she is still in that position yet most people are complaining about her. Does the management even listen to their patients or look into the issue?

Digusting attitude the receptionist is very rude and they suspended me from the clinic without letting me know just because I missed 2 appointment in 2018 yet they still saw me in 2019 and in 2020 which makes no sense. Kept on calling the clinic and left a message but no response, if you care about respect no point of going to this place because they have none.

Great dental practice, so glad I registered here. Friendly reception staff and brilliant, experienced dentist that help you feel calm and listen to your concerns. Highly recommend to all my friends and family from anything to a simple clean to more extensive treatments :)

This centre has been locked up for months now and not accessible to patients , I and my teenage son applied since April , got a notification since May but till now no message to that effect all we see of the place is that it's under lock and keys .

Incredibly rude receptionist. My young person who has special needs missed his appointment, and she had no empathy, people skills nor any manners when speaking with me.

Regular patient at this practice. The best dental practice I have ever visited. Clean, hygienic and welcoming environment. Friendly and helpful staff, who were attentive to any questions I had. Dr. Ali is an excellent and diligent dentist.
