I had been looking for a car for a while and decided on the Toyota C-HR. I saw the car I wanted on Auto Trader, snd contacted the dealership.The customer experience was excellent from start to finish. I called the dealership and spoke to Paul who talked me through the car spec in detail and was really helpful.I then went on to test drive the car the following day and met Parv. Parv was great - and he went on the test drive with me. There was no pressure at all - very important to me as I wanted to take the time to think.I decided on the car and worked with Paul and Parv in getting the finance sorted and picking my car up. From the initial call to drivng the car away took 6 days! It would have been sooner if I could have got back to the dealership beforehand.I would highly recommend Inchcape Burton - superb service, knowledgeable and friendly team. Thanks again to the 2Ps!!
