Definitely do not recommend. One star is too many. They visited in November 2016 after we asked for advice. We went part way with the process before deciding that we did not like their approach and decided not to proceed. They were advised of this by telephone and confirmed that we would be removed from their system. Nothing further for two years and we have just received a county court claim for £288. They are a difficult business to deal with and, in my opinion, are less than honourable.

I would not recommend this company, they were quite happy to take my late step fathers money when visiting him at home, considering he was in his eighties and not in the best of health they posted him a draft copy of his wishes however made no attempt to chase him up when they did not hear back from him, when I asked the reason for this I was told it was because this happened in lockdown so no reminders were sent, no follow up phone call, I feel this company has left our family in a complete mess so my advice would be steer clear and find a reputable company that actually cares.

Contacted them and had a meeting in Nov 2016 and got so far but didn't complete a Will as or situation changed. Now in March 2019 being told I am being taken to court for £250! Beware I believe they are a scam!

Completely rubbish. Took my money, failing to turn up for a home appointment, mistakes in will spelling etc no response back until now. Don't use this company what ever you do. They're totally incompetent!

My wife and I had one of their representatives around our house. Initially signed up for 2 wills and an exclusion and trust legalities. We paid half ie £330 on the day, but on reflection changed our minds 5 days later, to only needing 2 wills and the exclusion. Contacted them ,the person who dealt with us, after a few calls and an email she contacted us saying no problem this will be sorted. Had a call demanding we pay outstanding balance ASAP. I phoned, they apologised and said it will be dealt with promptly. They owe us £160.25 and 2 wills and an exclusion .This has gone on since November. Just not the way to deal with people.

We recently used The Will Shop. They were professional & efficient from initial consultantion through to completion. Tristen was our advisor, he came round and was friendly, he explained everything in clear detail & was happy to answer any question or worries we had. Also all the people we spoke to in the office were helpful. We would and have recommended to friends & family for when they need wills.
