Couldn't open a window and the AC was full of dust.Slept here one night with 3 and asked the manager for another room. ''You will find that dust in every room'' the manager said.He don't had any solution available and offered a refund if we wanted to leave. We paid for the one night and left to another hotel.Not recommending this hotel!

Great room and lovely shower, very reasonably priced, very well located, 3 minute walk from train station. Continental breakfast was very good and overall we had no complaints in our 2 day stay.

2.There was no underfloor heating like stated in the advertisement (false advertising which APA will not be pleased with), your heating component isn’t working and is absolutely filthy, images and video of the unit has been taken and will be reported to environmental health as it’s a health hazard for those with lung problems like myself (asthma).Water pressure was disappointing, shower was underwhelming it was either have an ice cold shower or boiling melt your skin off shower.The rooms aren’t soundproof like stated in the advertisement, I heard the trains, I heard someone coughing and their water running.The bed was two singles pushed together, which left a gap in the middle of the bed and was uncomfortable.Not worth the £68.Only good thing is the staff, they were friendly and the security is on point.But I’ll not be staying at a Sleeperz again.

Had a great stay at this hotel. You get a great value for your money. Breakfast is good. Coffee and tea machine available all day.

Stayed here for a 4 night break. Staff welcoming and polite. We managed to leave our bags with reception as arrived earlier then check in time so we could explore area without carting luggage around. Room was very clean and in a great location. Little street noise but nothing to bother your sleep and for a big city. Never tried restaurant or bar, so I can't comment on that. Only problem I found is they need to make glass screen longer for shower area as most of shower room floor is covered in water due to water coming off your body during showering. Will definitely stay here again.

Had a very nice stay at the Sleeperz Hotel. The staff was lovely and welcoming, the check in process was fast and painless (unlike other hotels). I was nicely surprised with the room - spacious, TV and hair dyer provided and it was very clean.Located next to the train stations, was ideal for me travelling in for work however during night I could hear loud music which wasn't so bad that I couldn't sleep, but definitely noticeable when trying to fall asleep. I learned the next day that this is a hotspot for nightclubs and students going out so during the weekends it can get a bit noisy.Other than that, it's a lovely hotel and would definitely stay there again :)

Had an enjoyable 3 night stay at a great price. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is in a great location, very close to the train station and coach station and a cental spot to get to tourist attractions and shopping, etc. I had a very comfortable bed! The only slight drawbacks were the noisy aircon (I didn't need it anyway so turned it off) and the fact that bathroom is a wetroom, and so the shower water encroaches onto the rest of the bathroom. It quickly dries out though. I will definitely stay here again, it is comfortable, friendly, and great value for money.

First time here in Newcastle arrived here from Glasgow on Sunday night heading home now, and I really enjoyed my stay, the people where lovley, great sense of humour, hotel was perfect , the staff where a credit to the hotel very chatty and helpful in every way, I will definitely be back end of the month and the window view I had was perfect.

The location is good (near the train station) and the staff was polite for the most part. That's the good bits. The air conditioning was loud in which I told them at check in and they 'looked at it' and did nothing and just claimed that's how they are. It sounded like a droning small pick up truck with a beeping noise on rhythm. So they brought a fan.. as if that would cool the room. Then leaving it on so it would get cold, you come back to the room smelling as bad as the rest of the city which smells like sewage.They had a soup dispenser by the sink and one in the shower... both of which were completely empty, one didn't even have a container in it at all. Like how on earth do you not check this?Then I wake up to some how there not being hot water at 7am in the morning in the shower.The shower is basically also open to the rest of the bathroom and at the same level. So when you take a shower the water gets all over the floor through the whole bathroom.It was cheaper rooms which is why I went for it or stayed in Newcastle at all in order to take day trips from. Otherwise I'd skip it all.
