Lucy and her team couldn't have been more helpful in the purchase of my first home. When issues arise, they made a stressful situation much easier and helped communicate effectively between both sides. I have dealt with many estate agents for renting and buying and never found the level of service we received from Lucy before. I will definitely look to buy and sell more houses through clee and in particular Lucy, in future!

Great job on selling the house.But, all the legal advice that I was given (unsolicited I might add) was completely wrong!I have no idea why it was felt necessary to try to help me on the legal side but it was only unhelpful and I had to check each time with my solicitor (who confirmed that it was incorrect).For example, the vendor does not have to have a boiler serviced before a sale ‘by law’; ditto a septic tank.Why an unqualified person feels it's a good idea to give legal advice is beyond me.
