We stayed at bothy - beside the Oystercatcher - and enjoyed so much looking at returning to a lodge for a week.Based on standard of accommodation at bothy (excellent) the lodges appear to be equally well equipped.

We stayed in 2011 and although the cabin was nice, I had to email several times for confirmation of our booking plus even after many many emails we never received our deposit back. On researching another site it seems that this had happened before. In one case it was only after threatening legal matters was it resolved.
