What is going on at this dental practise.Everytime appointment is cancelled at short notice and they never answer there phone or reply to left phone messages. Absolutely abysmal service.

Very rude Receptionist that talks down to you. When you call they never answer and cancel appointments on a regular basis, when i tried to make another appointment the receptionist said she was to busy.My 14 year old was referred for braces a year and a half ago, for me to of chased a week ago as I had not heard an update, for them to tell me it had Been refused as it was in Leicester and had been sat on there system for all that time then to be told its not there fault its one of them things. I am not normally one to write a review however this dentist is the worst service I had ever received, I would definitely avoid.

Shocking. Arrived tonight for my appointment, (02/11/2023), to find the door locked and waiting room empty. The receptionist came to the door and said 'someone has left a voicemail.. the dentist is ill.'This isn't a one off and the cancellations happen nearly every time! The excuse of 'we've left a voicemail' is always the same. Absolutely shocking service, it's been 18 months now since I've seen a dentist due to them continually cancelling.God forbid you need an urgent appointment there as they never actually have any dentists working!

2nd time my appointment has been cancelled for myself and my children. Then when you try and rebook you have to wait months. Been told they only have 2 permanent dentists. Rest keep leaving or calling in sick.

I have been waiting 7 months for filling.They have cancelled on me 3times already,I was supposed to have gotten in jan, then book in April then 7th July.I just got a phone call a day 6th, saying they had to cancel.Now I have to wait another month for a filling.

I have impacted wisdom teeth which towards the beginning of the year, I was told to wait a week for the new dentist to start so they could refer me to the hospital for extractions. Months of ringing up to enquire about this appointment, im told a dentist hasnt even started yet. Finally, many months down the line of waiting for this new dentist to start, we finally are able to book an appointment for 4 months time. So, another 4 months later, its cancelled and I'm told my dentist isnt in today and I'm gonna have to rebook. Rebooked for the week after and once again its been cancelled. Tried calling many times to rebook, to no answer. The NHS is going rapidly down the drain. Booking a simple appointment seems to be impossible these days. Cannot take anymore gum infections. Gonna have to pay to go private, just to get a wisdom teeth referral. Brilliant. Thanks England.

They booked an appointment for me. I went and they told me appointment is cancelled. They claim I have been emailed but I received no email. The receptionist was rude to me. My daughter said she was nice to another person who came when I was using the toilet. Told them they should wait but they will get them a slot. I was in pain. What a terrible experience. It's could be racial motivated receptionist.

Awful . Mistreated me when I went in and my gold cap had come out .they just stuck it in and gave me antibiotics telling me that will be all and will be fine .now has got much worse . Managed after endless amount phone calls trying to get through with no one answering phone and noone replying to voicemails. Managed to get an appointment which was them cancelled by them .Still haven't had any treatment or new appointment and my face is currently swollen and am constantly in pain. Manage after another week of trying to get through and the reception said they would contact me back once they speak to the dentist .days gone by and no contact again. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Terrible dentist rude on the phone can never get through they say they can answer when they can. I’ve been sat in the dentist before and the phone has rang and rang and the receptionist are just sat there gassing away. They say ring in the morning for an emergency app but how can you get one if you carnt even get through

Honestly avoid this dentist at all costs, my childrens appointments have been cancelled for the 3rd time in a row and now cannot get them in for another 4 months where no doubt itll be cancelled again. Tried calling about 30 times over the space of 4 days and never once answered.
