Hello, I have called you on monday 16th as we had a problem with a blocked toilet in our store in Lavender Hill. At 10:30 you said someone would come in 1-2 hours. At 5pm I got a call from someone saying they were making their way to the unit, but we were already close by then so he arranged to come on tuesday the 17th. On wednesday the 18th I found out he never came, so we have approached a different company to sort that out. Appealing emergency service.

Cole helped me to get back my daughter’s necklace, which had fallen into her bathroom’s drain. They explained everything and quickly found the necklace. They then cleaned it! Wow!! Thanks guys!!
