great experience, the place is cozy and everyone is very friendly! Ugur did my tattoo and I was very impressed with his thoroughness. His passion for his craft was painfully obvious, and he took extra time every step of the way to make sure I was satisfied.The aftercare check-ups really made me feel well looked after too. I highly recommend this tattoo shop!

My Babyboy (Cat) passed away afew weeks ago so I was looking to get a portrait done of him, luckily i got Betta she was absolutely amazing! She loves cat so she understood how close to my heart the tattoo was. The details are fantastic, she also added a flower to it as a surprise. I would definitely go back to her for another tat :)

Betta did some excellent work on some tribal tattoos for me. Planned out so that I was never uncomfortable as we know how far I can go before it gets too painful. Price is as quoted so if they do it in an hour or three it’s same price. Level of detail is insane. Design is checked and checked again so that I was happy with it. Printed out then checked on arm. Made sure all was ok before even bringing a needle out. Highly recommendedJust added another photo of the ongoing work. I had my twice tattoo at the FBI tattoo and it was awesome. They were so friendly and so helpful. I Got my tattoo done by the beautiful artist Niki. She was so friendly and made the best coffee. The only thing that beats her coffee is her awesome realism tattoo talent. I wish the best of luck to Niki and the BI tattoo team. My experience was a very positive one all-round for my first big piece to cover extensive scarring. Betta did an amazing job of listening to what I wanted, designing the piece, and explaining suggestions she had for how to make it perfect. She was knowledgeable, and enthusiastically patient with all of my novice questions. Betta has a lot of experience and skill working with scars, taking extra consultation time to assess my skin and plan the design around them which was very reassuring. She was honest and considerate when we needed to take a break due to my skin getting too stressed.The studio atmosphere was so welcoming, all of the other artists were friendly and personable and put me at ease. Hygiene practices were top notch and throughout the day it was clear to see that everybody was taking the utmost care and responsibility with them at all times. Admin staff I didn't meet face to face were consistently friendly, responsive, and informative over email and phone. Aftercare information was very thorough, it was explained clearly during my session, the written information covered every detail, and I appreciated the accessibility of video information too. Can't wait to get my piece finished, and Betta will be the first person I call if I want to get more work in future!
