Fantastic patient care - very empathetic and knowledgeable GP's. Straight forward to get an appointment and reception staff are always helpful and patient.

The receptionists are very rude and discrimitory towards people that have any kind of illness doesn't fit with what they want their patients to have, so if you ever need help outside of anything that they are used too, then beware, because they will be as awkward as possible towards you if you ever get ill with any kind of depression or any other mental illness. They will even make things up and lie about you as they did with someone that I know.I was supporting this person to their GP at Selbourne RD at the time lies made up about them by the receptionist dealing with them.The Doctors are themselves nice, but it is the receptionists you have to deal with most of the time, and getting through them to the Doctors is often a hard task.The person i was supporting ended up moving to another surgery because of the receptionists, which was very inconvenient as they live much closer to selbourne road than their new gps surgery and as I say, the doctors there are fine. We just couldn't put up with the discrimination and rudeness from the receptionists at selbourne road any longer.

If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. The receptionists are rude, the doctors are beyond useless and the person in charge just does nothing to assist. They will not listen to your requirements and do the opposite. Seriously travel to another city to get better doctors, pay private or just travel to another country for better doctors, as these are the worse doctors I have ever seen

Have been a patient since 2015,when,me and our family moved from S2 to this GP Practice.Dr's Knowles and Morris,Reception and Nursing staff are all outstanding.I have some medical issues,that,whilst will never goaway,have been listened to,treated and always felt acknowledged. Reception staff are wonderful xxxx I suppose,everyone has a personal expertise ours is wonderful x

Lovely little old fashioned doctors gp practise. Not been to a doctor's for years but really felt looked after by Dr.Knowles.Very thorough and professional.

Excellent care and attention. High standards of professionalism. All the staff show genuine concern for the patients here. Recommended.

Very difficult to get appt and requested home visit for elderly parent wouldn't come as they didn't think it was necessary, they ended up in hospital 3 days later
