Ralph was really friendly and provided me with a good honest 360 Video which outline everything such as minor scratches before they delivered the car straight to my door. The service was excellent and the whole process was carried out so professionally and quickly!

I recently purchased an Audi A6 here. From start to finish the staff were polite and transparent with me. It was flexible with letting me view the vehicle at a time that suited me. They even waited around, as I was an hour late due to traffic. The car runs smoothly and is in great condition. I paid a fair price in comparison to what I found at other dealers. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I bought a car in April this year I travelled from Scotland to Peterborough for this car, it was advertised with a full service history although when I got there they couldn’t find the book so I had to get them to print off a letter stating they did have it and would post the book once his colleague got back myself and Vincent cars signed the letter, I drove 30 minutes from the garage when the car went in to limp mode and engine management light came on, I phoned Vincent cars and was told it was fine when I left so it was my problem but the warranty should cover it, so being naive I stupidly drove at mostly 40mph back to Scotland. It took about 2-3 weeks and numerous phone calls and messages to get my warranty up and running once this was done I got the car diagnosed and it’s was a dpf temp sensor that was causing the issue and the warranty wouldn’t cover it. Again kept trying to get in touch with Vincent cars but he started ignoring me he wouldn’t answer my number but if I phoned from someone else’s he would answer straight away, he eventually and grudgingly paid for the repair although I bought the part at £100. Then we have the service book for 12 weeks anytime I phoned or text it I was told it had been posted, I ended up sending a letter to the previous owner who’s address I got from the old v5, he messaged and told me the service book was lost years ago and sold it to we buy any car because of the dpf temp sensor fault. I got in contact with citizens advice who informed me I was entitled to a full refund or part of the money back I contacted vincent cars asking for £1300 to get a major service and the timing belts done, he replied back that his lawyers would be in touch which they did offering £250 without them admitting liability and a form to sign stating I wouldn’t write any negative reviews or report them to trading standards I declined this offer and after 3 weeks I had no reply so I gave them 14 days to at least communicate with me or I would be looking for a full refund again this was met with silence, so I gave them another 14 days to refund me or I would be reporting them to trading standards, taking legal action and leaving my reviews. Well 14 days later still not a word from vincent cars or lawgistics. So they will be reported to trading standards I will be taking legal action and this is my review. Very unprofessional and just overall conmen. DO NOT BUYReply to Vincent carsI travelled from Scotland to London because it was between you or another car stupidly I went with you, now let’s be honest with the dpf it wasn’t quite as straightforward as you are making out you didn’t want to pay for it so you are apparently friends with the area manager from your warranty cover so it took you a while to talk him round to cover it and also you kept ignoring my phone number but would answer when I phoned from a different number which caused a great deal of stress considering I paid £6300 for a car that wasn’t working. I have received one email from your legal team which was the pathetic offer which I rejected. Now I have never received any service book at all wether it be the original or the main dealer, you have stated you provided main dealer history which you have not unless you have sent it elsewhere regardless the car was advertised with a full service history not part service history, this is called FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and in accordance with the consumer rights act I am entitled to a full refund. The £1300 I requested was for a major service along with the belts and pumps to be done had I received this I would of been happy to keep the car, I wanted the belts done as without a service history I have no idea how/if the car was looked after, you do not leave the timing belt until it starts making noise or just snaps as this can severely damage the engine. You knowingly falsely advertised this vehicle so I am entitled to my money back. Looking back on other reviews there seems to be a lot of reviews that have had the same issue as myself dealing with a cowboy trader.
