This will be the first and last time booking an appointment here- had blood test for my boy at 8.20 booked and the lady at reception says they don't open till 8.30 for bloods! So why did I get booked for 8.20??

This gp has seriously gone down hill since Dr Merry has left/retired. I would avoid like covid/plague! Don’t question the receptionist if you want to be told your aggressive and terminate your call.

Currently 15.54 and the person I'm with still hasn't been seen for an appointment that was at 15.20. Would never leave my car in the car park as it's very packed alllll the time as well. Absolute nightmare. Glad this is not my Drs surgery and I feel sorry for all other patients.
