DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSONMichael White is a horrible person, sold me a polo that had brakes that were a death trap and told me to drive to him to repair it and get it repaired but he replaced it with more faulty parts! I had to drive home from Chard to Bournemouth with even worse brakes and almost got into a few accidents. I then decided to go to a local garage that looked at it all and repaired it and even quoted The person who sold your car should be put in for man slaughter". Luckily my local garage repaired it all and were very helpful. I then at least asked Michael (person who sold me the car) to refund the repairs. He said "yes" followed by months of ignoring me.He should be ashamed

Bought a car from this dealer and had massive problems. Mileage was incorrect when double checked with VOSA, took ages to get a part refund. Most serious was the car was showing a valid tax disc, but in fact the disc had been surrendered and refunded meaning we were driving around in a car without tax. Ignored all our correspondence. Just avoid.

Keep well away from this dodgy trader. Having bought a car from this garage late last year it has had a catalogue of problems. What's more all this problem were deviously covered up as not to be discovered straightly away. I was lied to about the history of the car as well. KEEP WELL AWAY

Micheal White set me back thousands of pounds. I bought a polo from this company and I encountered many problems straight away. I ended up taking it to another garage who told me it was a death trap. It could of killed me and my family. This man and this company are disgusting. They shouldn’t be aloud to trade ever again. They will rip you off and intermediate you. All he wants is your money. He is a disgusting human. Scum.

Bought a car for a decent price, with a 1-month basic warranty. Then realised that my sales receipt and V5 document were both back-dated to a month before I bought the car - very crafty. Hope I don't receive a speeding ticket for before I owned the car. Also, the car was not supplied with a locking wheel nut adaptor, so I had to have the locking wheel nuts drilled out to replace a tyre. Beware!

Bought a Mini cooper from this dealer. Bought from a dealer for the protection of warranty etc. After a week the steering pump went and lost all power steering. On contacting the dealer 'Mike' his name. He told us that we didn't have warranty. Due after knocking him down then price that invalids the warranty? He then went on to mention that we also didn't have warranty as my partner had signed that she was a trades salesman. Which was not true as we said to him it was for her work and needed the car to be safe as she works with children. After checking the paperwork she did mistakenly sign to say she was a tradesperson but only because he told her where to sign. Yea she should of read that but it is apparent and very obvious this man will make you sign your warranty away to his advantage. After arguing on the phone about this we agreed he will pay half the price of the pump and we were to pay labour costs as it was at our local garage due to be living 2 hours away and would be unsafe to drive the car to chard. Never mind the arrogance and terrible language that was thrown my way. I got the price of the pump and sent it over to him. I had a gut instinct that it would still be trouble getting the money. The pump cost was £180 excluding vat. with Vat i think it was about £230. On asking for debit details off him so he could pay £90 to our garage ( Only 90 as we didnt charge him vat as he was imposingly doing us a favour ) He didnt want his debit details given across so he requested that we sent the invoice to him via post and he would send a cheque. Even though I sent him the invoice by email it wasnt good enough for him to send his cheque. After 3 weeks nothing heard so after contact he said that he hadnt received anything and that i should send it by email. I sent it by email and he said he would send the cheque. Now it has been 2-3 months since this incident and nothings been done. hes ignored texts emails. Uses abusive language. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER

I recently purchased a vw polo . I had an issue with misfiring. Mike replaced the ignition coils. Then the engine was burning oil...this was not immediately apparent. Mike with out hesitation replaced the engine .He even fitted a new clutch assembly at my request. And only charged me at cost price for the clutch assembly. I would definitely recommend them.

My last 2 cars have been purchased from this dealership, and they have both lasted the test of time. I am a delivery driver, so my cars get a bit used and abused. But the cars have not failed me once, and have always been good value. Couldn't ask for much more than that.

I really love it ! Place reminds me when I was younger and I have seen 1st time place in Poland where stolen cars in Germany were prepared to smuggle them to Russia , ( only difference is place in Poland was way more clean and didn't look like scrap yard in some3 world country) . I went there to have a look at car - lovely condition , immaculate etc. (as advertised ) closer look put smile on my face and tears in this same time , car was shiny had at least 3 shadows of black on passenger door , person which reprinted this immaculate " car shouldn't be allowed to paint fences in deepest and darkest Dorset

Dodgy. Paid lots fot a car no log book at all and no service book for weeks purposefully as within 8 weeks the head gasket went, the water tank was broken and the brake pads were packing in. The tyres turned out to be from the 80sIntimidating and manipulative in character and his assistants are abrupt and rude outright. Awful place. Go elsewhere!!! If I could give no stars I would.
