Sales person while helpful at the outset continued to be over eager for a sales purchase. An example when looking at other electrical appliances example TVS straight in had barely looked at any. Also I remarked family member had TV the same size to which sales assistant said was it bought here. Not relevant and unnecessary this question

Ordered a Dyson which came faulty. Was stiff and didn't collect as it should.I returned it which cost extra 20 then they refuse to give a full refund as its been used.... they want to keep 25%If I didn't try the Dyson how would I know it don't work?Cost me around 80 in total to return a faulty item.

Well our old fridge decided to break down on sunday the very day we bought our 2 week shop lol I looked at currys and wasn't impressed with the prices and their add on prices plus delivery was expected to be 10/28 days which was no good and they wanted to charge for delivery. Thankfully I came across c.s suppliers they had an excellent range online so purchased a new fridge freezer and surprised to see delivery was free and initially they said it would be a 4 day wait but a member of staff rang me the next day offering to deliver it much faster which was awesome the delivery team was every friendly and respectful.5 stars wouldn't be enough for c.s suppliers they went above and beyond for us cheers
