I went into my local branch feeling nervous after ten minutes I felt all calm and at ease. I gave my needs suggestions and likes and they did the rest. Fast but not rushed, very polite and never spoke over me. Her suggestions were also helpful and appropriate. After several phone calls it was done, all booked up I even collected some holiday spending money. Definitely using them again

Tremaine at the branch gave us a warm welcome (as in the past) and then proceeded to provide an efficient and friendly service. The end result was we got all the information and help possible to enable us to book a cruise to the right place at the right price. EXCELLENT SERVICE AS ALWAYS.

I was made to feel very welcome, and Lisa was very helpful and informative and was able to answer all my questions. A young lady, I didn't get her name, I think she was the foreign exchange lady, even made me a cup of tea. First class service, thank you.
