Stunning product which has transformed our kitchen. Absolutely love it and can't recommend enough. Super easy to fit to ikea cabinets. They were also super helpful and made some custom pieces to fit some awkward spaces.Thank you Lauren, you were fantastic. And we really appreciated the updates and photos when the doors were being made

Really happy with the end result. There was a little bit of chasing required in the early stages, but once we were through to the factory the service was much better. The attention to detail and quality was excellent and Lauren went above and beyond in the factory to get our order how we wanted it and on time. My only slight recommendation would be to sticker the side of the panel that is the 'good' side as my carpenter installed a few the wrong way. A simple thing that would mean it's not left to personal choice and the correct side is always used.

Custom Fronts have done the fronts for my Howdens kitchen carcasses, and I cannot be happier that I chose them. The products themselves are of outstanding quality - so perfectly polished and finished that one stares at them in wonder of how it can have possibly been achieved.The fronts arrive carefully packaged, and with instructions that make it a child’s play to fit them. Note though: your fitter might think that they are above instructions. Don’t let them. Insist that they heed them. It’ll make the difference between, e.g. the grain of the wood all being in its natural pattern, or a mismatch (although that has its charm too).Their customer service is also second to none. A horrible IT glitch messed up my order at the eleventh hour. The entire team came to the rescue, and did not rest until absolutely everything was put to rights, even when that involved considerable time and resources on their part. All of this was done entirely willingly.I’ve been left with the impression that these people don’t seek to please their customers only because it is good for business; they also genuinely care about making their relationships with customers mutually rewarding, and - if it doesn’t sound too grandiose - about adding more beauty to the world.They’ll have me back at their door for any other project to which they can contribute.

Super happy with our cabinet fronts; they have transformed our kitchen and made it into a premium space. The finish is superb and the service from the team was fantastic. Would highly recommend

Custom fronts have been brilliant from start to finish manufacturing our beautiful bamboo kitchen fronts.It took slightly longer for delivery but this was because custom fronts want to source the best possible materials.Delivery was made by one of the directors and you really felt like you were receiving a personal service from people that are passionate about the end product and manufacturing process.There has been plenty of follow up emails and messages to help with install and after care.Very happy.Jeff North Devon

We received new birch ply fronts 14 months ago and were super happy. After 9 months some marks began appearing on the fronts. I contacted Lauren, who immediately said that this shouldn’t happen and I supplied photos. Lauren sent a product for me to try and remove the marks. This wasn’t successful so straight away Lauren told me they would remake all my fronts and come up to Liverpool and fit them. They completed them today and they are superb. I’ve got to say the customer service and aftercare was second to none. It’s heartwarming to know that someone took our hard earned cash ( granted for a beautiful product) and actually still cared 12 months later.

As a kitchen is a long-term investment, I wanted to hold off a little before writing a review after the delivery and installation of our warm bamboo fronts and worktops. We have now had ours for 18months.In general we are happy with the results. We love the looks and design. The worktops are more work (comparatively) to maintain than other options. They can mark up quite easily and we have been very careful. Water and heat, two things you find quite regularly in a kitchen can ruin them. The fronts do age and lighten around the handles but we quite like this.Customer care was a little inconsistent. Sometimes great, sometimes a little lacking but this is a small busy company so that should be taken into account.All in all, we are happy with our purchase, I can't see our kitchen lasting 20 years like the last one did but for the moment, it's great.

We absolutely love our new custom fronts. They have completely transformed our kitchen into something really special and are exactly how I imagined they would be. The quality is lovely. All the trades working on our job have commented on how good they are.As a few others have commented, lead times are long but that’s because of supply chain and is the same with all materials at the moment. They are totally worth the wait and once our materials arrived communication from Lauren was amazing. She sent lots of pictures of them in the workshop and messaged or called with any questions to ensure we got exactly what we wantedThank you!

Custom Fronts went above and beyond to ensure my kitchen would be exactly as I imagined it. They always responded to all of my questions and came up with innovative ways to get the desired look whilst saving me money. The finished product is absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier.
