We had a wonderful stay at this DoubleTree by Hilton. The service was fantastic and food was amazing. The junior suites were spacious and well equipped. We loved that we could take our four legged friend with us who loved all the hugs she got from the staff.Also in general we loved the look of the hotel. Some might say it needs a refurb, but we think it fits the old-fashioned style, which we like;)) The surroundings of the hotel were beautiful, as it was surrounded by a park-like garden.We highly recommend this hotel!

Very beautiful hotel and the food is superb, everything is house made! A must stay, convenient for visiting surrounding areas that are easy driving distance such a Stirling, Perth.

That a dump. The rooms were tatty and worn. Chipped furniture, stained carpets. Clearly no investment on the interior for the last 20 years. The bar service was chaotic. The dining experience poor. Our food arrived before our wine order and 2 of the main meals were sent back due to being cold. This is a 2 star hotel don't let the name fool you.

Extremely disappointing. Pool/spa facilities were closed, no compensation offered other than offering to pay for us to use a pool in Stirling?!? This was the main reason for choosing to stay at this hotel, if we had known we would have cancelled.Bar area freezing because a number of doors were left open. If we closed them they would be re-opened by someone?!?On the plus side, staff in bar and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good.Won't be back.

Had our works Christmas party at the Dunblane Hydro this year. Menu very restrictive but food was nice. Music was deafening for us older ones. Breakfast had a very good selection and fresh. Rooms were spotless and well maintained. Staff well presented and the aroma as you entered the hotel was devine. Prices on drinks are ridiculous but it's a Hilton so expect to empty your bank account.

Beautiful building from the outside, and very well presented on the inside.Can't fault the staff, all very professional but friendly and approachable.Room was fairly standard but comfortable, clean and practical.Only complaint is we couldn't get the TV to work, it that wasn't really a deal buster as only wanted to hear the news in the morning.Food was out of this world. Hubby said his steak was perfection, and the prawns I had were delicious.Very happy to add this to our 'will visit again' list; and for a longer stay.

Just stopped over for a night with my dad as part of a bit of a road trip. We got the pent house suite, which I think might be about the same size as my house!The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, comfy, and were kept at a comfortable temperature.The only meal we had was breakfast, but it was great. Super fresh with all the stuff that's meant to be hot being hot and all the cold stuff being cold. Clean dining room with lots of space and comfy chairs.A definite recommendation from me.

A very impressive hotel. We particularly enjoyed the Nick Nairn restaurant, everything we ordered was beautifully prepared and was bursting with flavour, a truly gourmet experience. Five Stars!

Lovely place for a weekend getaway. Rooms are well kept, the bar and lounge area are great for an evening of cocktails and relaxing, the leisure facilities are good for relaxing. The menus in the restaurant can be hit or miss but the food is of good quality. There are restaurants and bars walkable from the hotel if a change of scene is needed.Really friendly staff who will go out of their way to help out if you have a question or request.
