The engineer was very efficient. He walked me through each step and with in an hour my computer was working better than when I initially bought it. He fixed the problem and explained how to prevent it reoccurring in the future . I would highly recommend this service it was brilliant not to have to waist time going into a store but, to be able to restore my computer remotely.

I contacted Hove Computer Repair to fix how slowly my computer was running. I knew this was due to adware and probably viruses. I gave them a ring to find out the cost which was 39.99 per hour to complete the job remotely.All I had to do was download the Team Viewer program (for free) which then required me to give the computer repair guys a password which would allow them to log into my computer and start to clean it up. Peter Castle was the computer repair person I spoke to. He initially stayed on the phone to talk me through what he was doing, then when he started the scans to identify the adware and malware I could hang up and he was able to work away.Once the clean up was complete he showed me how I could keep it clean by running three easy to use scanning programs (which he has installed on my computer for me) and also set up a restore point on my computer. (The restore point allows me to resume my computer to that exact point, if my computer ever contacts another virus/adware).The process took from a total of 3 hours and was absolutely worth it to have my computer fixed once and for all and to understand how to keep it this way myself. Peter was very pleasant on the phone and really helpful. I would absolutely recommend him.
