We stayed here with our two dogs for one night — it was supposed to be for two. We were told in the morning that we were not allowed to leave our dogs unattended in the hotel room. We were going to a funeral, so would have to. They said if we did that they would call rspca on us. We left and they refused to refund us for the second night. The worst customer experience ever, and we will never be stayed with travelodge again. Do not stay here if you have dogs. Not sure what the £40 dog charge is for.

Basic but clean. One star deducted for a broken room window which let in both a draft and traffic noise. Would otherwise rank three stars for being precisely what you would expect from a Travelodge.

Been a while since I've rented a hotel room, was very annoying they wouldn't give me a room when I arrived and that I had to book online. Wouldn't have been so bad but the mobile reception for me there on O2 was abysmal. Room was OK, manager on the front was helpful. Pleased I wasn't in a room roadside, was a warm night so windows were left open alot of road noise.

Budget hotel on the outskirts of Norwich. A bit scruffy but ok for an overnight stay. Free parking and located next to a park and ride to the city is good. Be aware that the disabled room only has a shower over a bath. People smoking by the entrance could be off-putting too.

Great room, ideally suited and close to the location we needed to see.I would suggest that the family room we had, should be on the ground floor. We experienced someone who seemed to be miserable over something that cannot be helped. I still hold this venue as good for value, and the staff was really helpful and professional. Thumbs up!

Typical Travelodge, a budget hotel, clean rooms with friendly staff.There isn't a breakfast area.Subway nearby.Ensure you ask for breakfast, especially if you have paid online.

Extremely noisy motel. Drunks outside talking until 1.30am. Two food deliveries by monstrous trunks to Burger King at 7am made for an enjoyable night stay. Mattress was old with a dip in the middle. Bathroom was in need of a revamp. Staff were grumpy. Car park was littered with rubbish from Burger King. With McDonald’s across the road, the local cuisine was a delight. You get what you pay for hey. At £86 per night this is not what we paid for. Very poor.

Clean spacious and inexpensive.A little dated but tbh it does exactly what is needed at a very sensible price.Close to McD and BK and beside Shell services so stuff available but expensive (think service station uplift)Very large electrical pylon for high voltage line beside the car park no issue for me but if that worries you maybe book somewhere else.

Comfortable rooms overlooking the car park but a peaceful night ,staff helpful, would stat again
