Staff are pleasant and helpful and reasonable prices. However, I bought some minced lamb (with a use by date of the 17th) and a loaf of bread (with a use buy of the 15th). On opening the bread on the 12th it was already stale, and the lamb was rancid by the 14th, despite being kept refrigerated since purchase. Not great.

My Son love it when he get small trolly for shopping. Alwas get enough car park spaces available. Good location Next to East medway junction.Fresh baked bakry items available. Can buy DIY stuff as well.Its clean nice and tidy .Recommended?YesLove fresh bakrey.

Good for bargains oh I love the cookies Yes fresh cookies you can buy lots of branded stuff here on offer it has been refurb recently with a massive car park just tills can be busy they have got self serves as well

Im going there for bakery section mainly.Bakery compare to other supermarkets is really really good in Lidl. I love cheese twist from there mini veggie pizzas and doughnuts! Polite staff as always and loats of room on parking plot.

beggers, beggers, beggers.... you need to sort this problem out.. it's like you want them to harrass your customers.. you are losing money and customers due to beggers on your car parks and at the front of your shop.. very abusive if they don't get something.. I know this is a problem all over the place.. it's because they are allowed to .. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.... (Apart from that... lovely store and staff).. UPDATE , ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS... ITEMS MARK AT 50% OF ON SHELF... GET TO TILL FOR OFFER TO NOT APPLY... called for management... got a lady who took photographs and sent to managers... absolutely ridiculous wait... for no reply... left store in a fuming mood.. as photographs taken show clearly that items I wanted was on the shelfs listed at 50% off... what a disgusting disgrace... of store management... I WILL BE TAKEN THIS FURTHER... STAR DERATING -- MINUS STAR... DON'T DESERVE 1 ATALL... DISGUSTED WITH LIDL

Used to shop here a lot until it got to a point where I struggle to get everything I need, lack of stock nearly all the time. Middle Isle isn't so great these days either.My kids loved the little trolleys, that's a nice touch...that's about it really.

Shelves are fully stacked with items, prices are going up, but isn't that like everywhere else.The self serve till was working extremely slowly but the kind worker was happy to help, the shop wasn't to busy, it was lovely to be able to take my time without people walking in front of you like your invisible... I'll definitely start shopping between 8/9 am more often.
