Excellent customer service from all the staff. They made my first experience getting my nails done so welcoming and they gave me exactly what I asked for! Would definitely recommend for a nice and relaxing manicure and pedicure! Love the new decoration, very fancy!

I have always used this place for pedicures and manicures and never had a bad word said, Ive been more than happy with the service in the past, the previous girl was spot on.Had a pedicure yesterday and left feeling very disappointed in the treatment I recieved. Being 8 months pregnant I have been looking forward to getting a pamper esp having my feet done before my baby comes, I havent been able to do them myself. My nails are not straight, the gel nail varnish is not even and the polish does not cover the whole nail. My cuticles were not touched nor was my dead skin. It seemed like I only recieved half a treatment from an inexperienced person, on top of all that it took 1hr 30mins, 45 mins over the usual time for half the treatment. I just don't get it.They offered me 10% discount but that's what they were offering to all customers during their grand reopening. Its safe to say I won't be returning.
