Great service. Ordered a taxi over the phone and the operator answered swiftly and was very polite and concise in the booking. My taxi arrived promptly and the driver was very understanding of my situation as I needed to get to the station in a bit of a rush. He was quick but still safe and I made my train. I am very appreciative of the company and would recommend it.

A great taxi service with driver Adam. Took 6 girls home on Friday night to 6 different stops. It was such a fun drive home and he made sure we all got home safely. Will definitely be using them again. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible. Avoid.I had a taxi booked through work to collect me from Southampton airport. Several phone calls and an hour later it arrived. The next day I had the same company pick me up from a hotel to the airport to collect a car and again, phone calls were required to find out where the taxi was, resulting in my being late for important work. If a taxi is booked in advance for a specific time they seem unable to fulfil this most basic of taxi company requirements. I shall be advising the corporate travel company I use to remove them from our list of providers. Totally incompetent on all levels.

Pre booked a Taxi for a specific time to meet out cruise boarding time. Never tuned up so called and they said it would be nearly 30 minutes late. Cancelled and used Uber instead. Avoid

First & last time I use this company! Booked collection from hospital and the driver could see that I was struggling on crutches with limited mobility but he insisted on remaining in the car. The least he could have done was open the door! Whilst on the journey, he casually announced that collection from SGH were worse as he had to collect the patient from the wards, if he wanted to be a porter , he'd have applied! Not using again! Sticking to the devil I know!Updated following response from owner! Not a fake review! Prime example of your inadequacy as a service provider, you can't even take ownership!

Booked a taxi online, received confirmation, and the taxi was there on time exactly as requested! Great service and great price will definitely use again! We're able to accommodate where radio taxis and marchwood taxis couldn't

Big thankuou to Driver Justin for most helpful friendly driver. Both mum and sister have mobility aidsTook 3 largecases wherlchair and rollater plus hand luggage. Justin had small additional strp and helped mum 90 into vehicle. Hrlped with bags and collcted us after cruise in same efficient friendly style. .transferred us in safe and timely way to our ship from premier inn ower. Thankyiu fir your kind assistance Justin .Will def use door2door again.

Terrible company. No transparency with clients. Booked a taxi to the airport at 4:45am but in the morning when I called the driver apparently had a “flat tire” but not to worry would be there in 8 minutes. Luckily at this point I had a look at reviews and booked an Uber which luckily showed up 15 mins later. All in all waited 20-25 mins for the taxi and it never showed so I called and cancelled. The operator is possibly the worst costumer service I have ever received who just blatantly will lie to you. Surprised this company is still alive. Safe to say I would not recommend.
