Marshall Property

Really pleased with my experience with Marshall Property who sold my house in Liverpool earlier this year. I would give them 5 stars but I was initally disappointed when the sent an intern to my open house (who arrived late, knew nothing about the property etc.). But after I got an offer Phil worked tirelessly to push things through as quickly and smoothly as a possible (right up to a last minute raditor leak which he used personal contacts to deal with speedily). All in all, they did a great job and I would reccommend.

As a first time property owner, going through my first sale, I could not have asked for a better and smoother experience. Phil was an absolute legend from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, was super supportive throughout the entire process, answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly and was absolute joy to work with. He handled everything so expertly and made it feel like quite an easy process. My deepest thanks to all the team at Marshall Property including Holly, Jack, Holly-Ann and Catherine for their wonderful work over the years, I'll miss you guys :-) Much love Michelle x

The team at Marshall property are absolutely amazing.We were struggling for 2 months to find a house and nearly gave up. Absolutely stars! Selling a property is a time-consuming and stressful process, but Holly and Phil guided me through it with patience and understanding. Their local insight was perfect for setting a good price and finding a buyer quickly. Phil was eager to help, swift to respond, and always professional. He is the main reason the sale went through, and I can't thank him enough. Great agents, who I would recommend wholeheartedly.

Absolutely awful communication, tried to contact agency on numerous occasions through email, calls, even came to the office to hand the keys at the end of the tenancy, have been ignored for 2 weeks, very unprofessional and would never recommend the service to anyone. In the end I had to seek citizen advice and guidance from them what to do.Unbelievable.

Fantastic all round, I have experience with Marshall’s managing my buy to let property portfolio, they are attentive and excellent at all that they do. Through the management of property, finding of tenants and sharing of financial accounts, have always been very helpful. I could not recommend them enough!

This has been my 1st purchase with Marshall's, and the service has been amazing.Phill and the team have been extremely helpful in helping me expedite my purchase by providing answers to any questions that I had, contacting the solicitors to on my behalf to check on progress. Phil and the team are very friendly and it has been pleasure working with them.I hope to do more business with the team going forward.

I honestly cannot recommend Marshall’s enough. From the minute I contacted them to the sake completion they were fantastic, especially Holly and Phil. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they did what they said they would every time, there was no chasing involved. Phil made everything really clear, I understood everything that was happening and he even chased up the solicitors for me. He made it feel like I was his only customer, the level of service was amazing. Anyone looking to sell you can’t go wrong with Marshall’s.

Extremely unprofessional and rude.1. They took 4 days to send an application form when we told them that we have to move next week. First, they assured that we would be able to but blamed “software issues” for not being able to send the form. We called them multiple times only to be told that we should wait some more.2. We decided to go to their office and the application form finally came. We were told we would be sent separate links to add guarantors but did not receive it. Upon calling them, they said they still have “software issues” and cannot send the link.3. It was already next week and we decided to give them a visit again, Phil said he was at the office. Upon reaching when I called to open the door, he did not let us in and was extremely rude over the phone, enough to be a police complaint if it was recorded. He said that we had called multiple times and he will not entertain us further.4. When I asked my friends, they had all received the same application forms and Marshall was hell bent on getting a holding deposit from everyone, even before the referencing process. That seems like a scam to take money as it is non refundable.Absolutely would not recommend.
