Sarahlynn has been great at keeping me motivated during lockdown with her online personal training sessions. When I first met Sarah I had the original goal of losing weight fairly quickly, but after speaking to Sarah she had personalized a work out plan specific to me and my needs that would aid my journey and get fit in the right way and keeping goals that were realistic and achievable. As well as compiling a personalized plan for me, she checked in on my progress, keeping me accountable.I am really proud of my progress so far and I still have a way to go but its definitely a big step in the right direction. So far, I have lost half a stone and lost inches around my waist and hips. My confidence has hugely increased thanks to Sarahlynn's perseverance and personalized workouts including mentoring and coaching as well as an overall holistic view of personal training.I would definitely recommend Sarahlynn if you are serious about your fitness journey and are willing to put the work in. She is not only knowledgeable about her work, she is also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to.Thank you for all you have done for me! :) x

If you are looking for a trainer who listens to your story, understands your personal goals and struggles, and uses compassion to push your further, then I highly recommend Sarahlynn as your personal trainer! I have been working with her for 2 years now and I can't believe the progress I have made. I am a fairly active person and enjoy the benefits of working out, but had been struggling to make time for my workouts. I worked 3 different jobs and it was stressful to find time to make healthy meals and head to a gym. Sarahlynn approached me and listened to my needs. She helped guide me through a program which I could manage. But it didn't stop there. She continued to work with me and check in on my progress, keeping me accountable. We talked about nutrition and how easy it can be to meal plan (which I had never even thought of trying to do before!). She gave me recipes for quick meals I could have while on the go between jobs. She understands my busy lifestyle and helped me make a plan on how to accomplish my goals. I thought that even though I do my workouts online, it would be difficult to stay motivated, but I actually found the opposite. Instead of commuting to a gym for classes, I can workout from home which I can quickly do before or after work. Sarahlynn was very approachable and easy to talk to. I don't hesitate to ask her questions about recipes or my physical training. She is very knowledgeable about her work and was able to design a program that helps meet my fitness goals. I am so proud of the progress I have made in only two years and I owe it to Sarahlynn! She is so passionate and dedicated to help people reach their fitness goals!

Despite only having met once in person before lockdown, Sarahlynn has still been able to provide a high level of personal training via Zoom over the past few months. She is professional and knowledgeable as well as being friendly and good at keeping in touch.

Right from the warm up, you know Sarahlynn's classes are going to be challenging - in a good way! Her Reformer Pilates exercises are intelligent and effective whilst always considerate of safety and correct alignment. Sarahlynn's barre class is flowing and upbeat with emphasis on posture and strengthening the core. I always walk out feeling stronger, energised and a little taller!
