Reasonable store, standard sainsbury stuff, probably trying to do too much in terms of non-food. Good parking provision and other stores (pharmacy, costa, timpson, argos, etc) help. At least one travelator is often broken or not working though.

Good variety of food for multiple cuisines.Lots of things now on nectar so affordable pricing. The reason not 5 star is there is often a queue on the checkout if you have a trolley

An OK place for a main shop but the range is limited.Update: Traditional ranges still limited due to need of alternatives .Can't fault today's staff in any way at all absolutely superb.Today's update. I love the staff when I can find them. Some valued ranges are nowadays quite restricted to make room for more ranges aimed at specialist areas. interests.

Seriously mixed about this shop. It's got a reasonable selection and many things you can't find in Tesco in Knowle, though its still not as big as I expected for its size and terrible for world foods. Many items go out of stock and are not replaced quickly. Often fruit and veg aisles look like they have been ransacked (see pictures!). Yet it has free parking and an in-store bakery as well as many non-food items. It could do with some competition to keep it on its toes (Knowle Waitrose, anyone?). I have found out of date items on the shelves and price labels are often in the wrong place. So in summary, probably one of the lowest standards of all Sainsbury's I've visited but it is still a Sainsbury's.

Great supermarket, everything you could need. It will be much better once the travelators have been replaced as we've had issues with them for quite some time. Car park is on a different level to the store so need to use stairs, lifts or the travelators.Be warned that the café is shut and it appears to be staying that way. Great clothing and homeware department. Also close to other shops so very handy for all your shopping needs.i like this store as it has a Costa coffee machine so slurp whilst you shop!

Regular visitors for ourselves and our two mums. Excellent staff, always friendly & very helpful. Good assortment of groceries; household goods, clothing & gifts. Plus a cafe; toilets & large carpark. Only missing a pharmacy, which sadly, has recently been closed.

I shop here for convenience, however there are never enough tills open. Today there were no tills open but there were 2 staff standing around chatting. I had a full trolley including alcohol & would have to do about 5 separate transactions at self service, waiting for someone to authorise them. It's no longer convenient to shop here so I'll take my business elsewhere.
