My electric cover stopped working and I was put in touch with Jason by the firm who service my pool but know nothing about hydraulic covers!Jason has been absolutely fantastic, he took the hydraulic pump and its parts apart, discovered the problem after a huge amount of testing, and arranged for the pump, which was under warranty, to be replaced. He is the most diligent and thorough man and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any job to do with swimming pools and their workings.
