KIK PT STUDIOS Brighton

This is my first time working with a PT and it is a thoroughly enjoyable experience with Moez and Scott. Working with Scott has been great fun and I would highly recommend him. Scott’s focus on the correct form during exercises has provided great clarity.

I have been training with Scott Gosney at KIK for 7 months now, and it's been completely transformative! Scott is endlessly enthusiastic, patient and methodical in his training (and an all round decent bloke). He's completely changed the way I think about lifting weights, and got me out of all the bad habits I didn't even know I had. Cannot recommend him highly enough. And KIK is a very welcoming environment and great place to train.

Moez is a true expert in the human body, as well as helping you achieve your fitness goals and gain muscle, he is a specialist in physio and injuries.

I 100% recommend having PT sessions at Kik PT Studios, everyone is super friendly place. Great location, close to Brighton station. I love training with Scott he makes the hard work fun, he pays attention on my concerns and push me when I need it the most. I enjoy doing training here.

I've been seeing Scott for the last 2 months. In our first session together, he spotted and diagnosed limits in my joints that I've been wondering about for all my life and we've built a plan around it. He's also has been really careful training around one of my injuries.I have loads of fun in our sessions, and it's rare to go to a gym where we blast along to The Cure on a Friday night.Scott's been so flexible around my schedule, often rearranging his commitments at short notice to make sure we get a workout in.It's beginning to change my life and give me confidence in going to a gym that I never had before
