Everything was modern and clean upon arrival and the rooms and kitchen were spacious. The location was good. Nice.

I rented this apartment on Airbnb, more than 50 pounds a day. The location and condition of this apartment is generally good. But the service is really unsatisfactory. On the first day I moved in, there was hair left by the previous residents on the bed. Although the landlord changed the pillow case, quilt cover and bed sheets in time, it left a bad impression on me. Afterwards, a big spider got in the house somehow and was lying on the roof. I hoped that the landlord would help me deal with it. The landlord said that they were not responsible for it and let me deal with it myself. I asked if I could lend me a ladder, because I had a hard time hooking up to the roof and they said no ladders were provided. I ended up finding a long pole myself and it took forever to get that spider out. Finally, as I was leaving, I accidentally left a package in a drawer in the room. The landlord did not notify me after finding out. When I found out, they said my stuff had been thrown away.add at 14:53It seems that the landlord does not deny the fact that what happened in this house. It's easy to find out if Airbnb has any listings for this property.
