Prime Steak & Grill
My boyfriend and I came here for our 1 year anniversary, we both love our Steaks! The service was 10/10 and food was amazing. Our waitress was the most wonderful lady and really made us feel special. She went above and beyond to make our experience special. We love it so much that we have decided to come back each time we have something special to celebrate or even when we want to treat ourselves to some good hearty food.

My husband is a steak lover and I’m a vegetarian with coeliac and I was really pleased seeing an allergens menu with plenty of options!We visited on a Monday which had a bring your own wine deal. Our waitress Daniela was incredible with noting allergens and we were given complimentary bread to begin; some of the softest and tastiest GF bread I’ve ever had.For mains I had a beyond burger which was great however the bun was a little cold and smaller than the burger which kept slipping out. I also had the creamed spinach was excellent!For dessert I got the creme brûlée which was served in a martini glass and my husband got the warm pecan pie which he absolutely loved.Overall I had a fantastic experience here; the service was brilliant, food was great and the setting and atmosphere was perfect for a date night.

Amazing restaurant, staff and the steaks are delicious. The staff are very friendly and Ollie made our date night that much better making sure we didn’t run out drinks and making sure everything was fine. Will definitely be coming back again. Thank you again.

Very tasty starter and burger.Starter £8.90Burger £19.90Reasonable prices as well.This place can get very busy so I would recommend to book a table in advance.Service charge 10% added to your bill automatically.

First time here and I'll definitely be back! The food was amazing and delicious, the portion size was just right. The atmosphere was great, it wasn't too busy when we went (early dinner) but even as it started to fill up it still felt cosy but private. The service was great and they had a good balance of being around when you needed them but not bothering you. I would definitely recommend Prime if you like steak!

Anna the waitress who looked after us was amazing and really attentive. No ask was too big or too small, she was the highlight of our first visit to Prime.She was thoughtful with suggestions for the children and was very patient.Food was good, not the best steak we’ve had but by no means bad.

My fiancé and I come here regularly due to the wonderful service, relaxing atmosphere and great-tasting food. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and the food is cooked to perfection every time. Good value overall. Highly recommend!

I booked a birthday celebration for my partner as it had been recommended to me for steak lovers. The staff were super polite and friendly, very accommodating, the hospitality was great. The food was beautiful, every single mouthful ! And the kids menu was fantastic and very well priced. Inside was very nicey done and more than pleasant to be in. Clean and comfortable, easily a restaurant I'd recommend for a treat, (as the prices are a bit out of budget). 100% going back!

I was looking forward to going to Prime Steak & Grill as I'd read such great reviews, the pictures of the restaurants looked very pretty. I hadn't been in the past as I'm not a steak eater but, saw they have a couple of fish options.So I booked, told my partner I was taking him somewhere nice.The restaurant itself was very pretty. However, the table for 2 people are a little on the small side. It's not a good experience when you have to constantly rearrange the table to fit food and drink on it.The service was fine, I expected better, it was the basic service I would expect.Now on to the food, we shared a starter of king prawns was was nice, good portion size for 2 of us.My partner ordered fillet steak, with fries. He was very pleased with the steak and the fries were spot on. We also ordered a house salad and sauteed green beans which were cooked well.I ordered the blackened Cajun Salmon. When the plate came out it looked very pretty, good portion size, I was looking forward to this. Unfortunately, the salmon was dry, there was no cajun taste, in fact it was bland. I ate my meal used some of my partner's peppercorn sauce for the salmon. I told the waitress the salmon was dry and she said she'd let the kitchen know.We had cheesecake to share, again good portion size and tasty.Overall for myself I was very disappointed due to the dish I ordered, my partner was happy.Would I go back, not in a hurry, maybe it is genuinely a place for those that eat steak.It's not cheap, was pricey and I knew this when I booked but, that was fine as I was expecting very tasty food and that was not what I received and service was standard, though a pretty restaurant.
