I was worried about calling a pc repair shop to fix our laptop but their Facebook advert said no fix no fee. Ian was very helpful on the phone and was able to visit the same day I called. He fixed the laptop (old hard drive failed), reset everything and was very reasonably priced.Highly recommended.

I decided to take my old laptop here to see if it could be repaired, it couldn't. :(The lads working there were friendly and honest with me, giving me options on my next move.I paid for a diagnostics report and chucked the old machine out.I'd definitely recommend PC Repair House if you need any help or inquiries about getting your pc fixed! Great customer service and was happy to help out a local highstreet business, too. 5 stars! :)

I sent off my custom desktop PC for repair following PSU failure. The shop organised collection, conducted diagnosis, cleaning and item replacement. They were very professional and I felt at ease having my machine with James and Ian and their expertise.

Spyware infested laptop refused to connect to the internet. Called PC Repair House and they came out the same day. Not the cheapest of all I called but their ability to fix the problem and speed of response was second to none. I guess like most things you get what you pay for, for me an extra £10 per hour for a computer that works and a job done correctly is worth it! Great communication throughout and will be in contact with them again if any other PC related issues arise!
