I live in Leeds and was working in Sheffield when I came to my car after work and noticed ny tyre was completely flat amd had a screw hanging out off it . I called these ups up and they was extremely busy but still found time to fit me in . Had to get a new tyre as I had to drive to them but overall these guys were brilliant and cheap prices too

Con artists, thieves, dishonest. Avoid at all costs. Their main objective is just to rob you. They will charge you for parts that doesn't even exist in your car and have the cheek to charge you labour for replacing those part that doesn't exist. Phoned them three times specifically just to make sure and so they can't say they've made a mistake. And each time they gave me the exact same list of parts that supposedly" needed to be replaced. £2500 for a part that was not in my vehicle and that's not including the labour. And insisting that they have done the exact same repair just last week on the exact same car model."

Less than 1 star. The MOT tester is quite unsure of which is the front or back of a car, or even capable of seeing beyond his own nose. Staff are useless, condescending and outrageously incapable of even the most minor task. Nine years after last using them, I'm still recieving annoying text messages reminding me it's nearly winter, or my tyres may need changing. I was refused an MOT because the tester didn't know what he was looking at with my vintage car. Hopeless, truly a waste of my time, which I am now billing them for.

Had my pants down, puncture on a tyre, can't refit so had a pair fitted, £110 each. Found them for between £55 & £70 elsewhere

Update: staff very helpful, keen to sort the problem. Went above and beyond. Thank you!Not happy! I believe my car was scratched during the service when being raised on the ramp to line the brakes! Then painted over with what looks like a wall paint! There is no way it could have been done somewhere else because it's an awkward place to scratch it with another car! And I don't know anyone who would carry white paint with them!
