I had an emergency situation and they came over inside an hour and fixed it. Very good at explaining what the problem is and did everything right first time. Will call them again if I need anything else doing

D N Wicks Plumbing was able to send a technician to my townhouse on a Sunday morning within 2 hours. Jordan was extremely polite and professional, explained the problem and solution, and had good communication throughout his time in my home. He also took time before he left to educate me and gave me tips on things I could do in the future. I was very pleased with the repair he did and would recommend him/D N Wicks Plumbing to other people.

George was great. Very polite, very professional, and did a really great job in the repair. This was a recall because the last repair leaked, and the tech told me he could not replace the tub drain without damaging the tub. Nick was able to replace it without damaging anything and actually made it better than it was before. Thank you.

Carlos came to our home on Tuesday night at 10:00 pm to fix a leak in our hot water heater. He drove 90 minutes to get here, left his wife and kids at home to help us in this emergency, and we are so grateful. He provided us with several different solutions to our problem and the pros vs. cons for each, told us the pricing for each, and did it in a gracious, professional manner. His work was excellent and he was positive and upbeat even though he finished at midnight. We will continue to use D N Wicks Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs. They are exceptional people.

I had a great experience with D N Wicks Plumbing last week on Saturday. Water heater leaking in middle of day Saturday. Called D N Wicks Plumbing and the operator was terrific, then spoke to the scheduler who got a tech out to me within an hour! Tech was fantastic! He was helpful, courteous and did a great job…from the start to the finish it was a great experience.
