The service is tremendous. Such caring staff not only for the animals passing through but for the owners as well. Knowledge, skill and understaning shone through when talking to the staff, prior by way of what my pet needed snd why, drop off by way of what will happen and open view if pets already there and after the session was complete. Report on how my pet had been! Excellent service worthy of 5 stars.

Simply cannot say enough wonderful things about this groomer/shop and especially those that work there. Professional and so very friendly. They always make a huge fuss over our little dog and put me at ease. On top of all of this their prices are fantastic! I would 100% recommend this excellent groomers. Thank you again ladies,we have one very happy little pup!

Took my old springer here today because my usual place was fully booked up for the weeks ahead. What a lovely relaxed atmosphere. My old girl went in no bother and didn’t seem stressed out one bit. Dog groomer cut her whilst she was lying down because of her age. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

It is the first time we have used this fabulous place and cannot praise and recommend it enough. Wow from the moment you walk in with your pooch you get that totally happy and feel good feeling. The staff are incredible and the way they handled my dog was unbelievable. No one has made him so at ease and actually enjoy being groomed. He came gone a totally new pampered pooch in not just look but in how he acted was happy energetic and loved his new cut. Fabulous place total hidden gem and will definitely go back

Such lovely staff, my pets first time there and she's only been groed twice, they were fabulous with her as she's anxious and doesn't like her feet touched, they cut her nails beautifully, will definitely go again!
