I'd just like to say thank you so much to Integrity Funeral Care. As a family, this was one of the worst times of our lives dealing with our beloved Father's passing. However, Integrity made the process that much easier. From the initial phone call to Paul, to the day they took our dad into their care, up until the day he was laid to rest. Everything ran so smoothly, I couldn’t have wished for better. It was like a weight had been lifted off our shoulders.We'd previously dealt with a different Funeral Director for another loss we had and we could really see the difference in communication, attention to detail and general care from Integrity for my Father's Funeral.We knew this time we wanted Funeral Directors of Colour from a cultural prospective. However, from conversations with friend's and family relating to their own experiences with other Black Funeral Directors, we soon realised and witnessed, that we'd been blessed with the Cream of the Crop. All angles had been covered. We had chosen wisely by using Integrity Funeral Care.So thank you to Paul, Sharon and their team for their dedication, thoughtfulness, professionalism and most importantly, their integrity of care. As a family, we know we made the right choice.

Enormous thanks to Integrity Funeral Care Limited who provided a caring service on the saddest and most difficult day of our life, when our dear loved one was laid to rest, they lifted our worries, anxiety and stress and ensured that our beloved family member was given a dignified and peaceful farewell.The last 18 months have been extremely difficult for us, however, we can now reflect and from the outset Integrity were instructed, they were attentive, respectful, and displayed compassion and kindness from start to finish. In particular they listened and went out of their way to accommodate all our requests while also sensitively dealing with the entire family at a time when emotions were frayed and raw.Thankfully, with the care, commitment and attention of Integrity Funeral Care Limited, Paul and his team, executed the entire funeral from beginning to end, which was conducted smoothly, tastefully and seamlessly. We especially would like to mention William who sensitively and attentively facilitated the process of helping us in organising the funeral - we will be eternally grateful for his professionalism and for going above and beyond his normal duties to make it as perfect as possible.We also especially appreciated the significance of being able to instruct a company completely in tune with and clearly able to identify with the background and culture of the bereaved family. The experience from beginning to end was amazing. I approached another funeral director before moving to Integrity. The director was non profession and didn't keep to appointments and made things up. Sharon and Paul are on another level. They actually felt like family and dealt with everything from beginning to end. Professional, humble and very easy to communicate with. Words cannot describe the fantastic, amazing, professional service Paul and his team provided to our family at the passing away of our mum. Paul was a God send, calm, reassuring, knowledgeable nothing was too much for him and he made himself available to me whenever I had any problems or queries, it was fantastic to have a funeral director business that provided for all the elements of mum's funeral and it saved us the trouble of sourcing suppliers from all over the place Integrity was our one stop African Caribbean Funeral business and everyone who attended the funeral commented, how well organised the day was, The best funeral we have attended" was some of the comments we received. This was my second time using Integrity and Paul & Sharon ensure what is a very difficult time, is made somewhat easier with their attention to detail and their kind and sensitive approach at all times. Mum’s homegoing service was just perfect, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Integrity. Our family cannot thank you enough.

From the very first point of contact, Integrity Funeral Care's bar was set high and never faltered throughout the whole process. Their professionalism is second to none. At such a distressing time, they were on hand offering advice, assistance and easing the pressure every step of the way. Complete with a team of support staff, nothing was too big or small for Integrity to deal with. Everything is available on-line, by email or in person. Sharon, Paul and William (whom we dealt with), were compassionate, accommodating and completely empathetic to the things we needed or we were unsure about. They were on point with all paperwork, collections, appointments, and finally on the day, the pick-up, drop-off, and final goodbye. The feedback from the congregation was WOW"

They treated us and our departed loved one, with wonderful professionalism and genuine compassion from their very first contact with us.
