Customer service at this company is 10 out of 10. I was really sceptical initially when thinking to buy online so I called directly and spoke with Marcus and the guys service was amazing. He was so unbelievably helpful I couldn’t of asked for any more.I would recommend these guys to absolutely anyone. And it will be my first place to go next time when I’m looking for jewellery.Marcus even reassured me that he would organise to get my engraving done and still manage to get it polished and delivered to me for next day so that I could fly out on holiday and I have my beautiful bracelet!!

I received my dragonfly brooch this past February 2023 and it is beautiful. Shipping to my address in the U.S. was fast and it arrived in perfect condition.
