Buyer beware. Poor service received from a supposedly professional service. I took a pair of chenille curtains to be shortened but they used a straight stitch instead of a blind hem stitch so the stitching is clearly visible on this type of material. This is basic sewing knowledge and using the wrong stitch is inexcusable for the £45 paid.

Great service here! I took 4 dresses in to be shortened and to be taken in at the top to fit me properly . The team did such a good job I can't even see where the alterations were made! I will definitely be going back for more alterations!

Took my ball gown to be altered for a pageant it needed taking up slightly also it need taking in to make it a smaller size this was the only problem, I said it wasn’t urgent, so I go there after 6 weeks of it being taken here she said she hasn’t had time to do it so I took the dress back and was going to sell it as it was brand new. Can’t sell it as the dress has been started on with I was never told so the seam at the bottom is now all undone and the underlayer of the train is hanging off. I now have to take it to another seemstress to get the dress put back together
