Tom was brilliant from start to finish of the Wren kitchen he fitted for me.He turned up when he said he would and on time every day. Was really friendly and easy to get on with.Wren had made a bit of a hash with my kitchen, and the worktop wasn't long enough! Had to wait a week to get the replacement worktop delivered. Tom even came back on Saturday a week later to finish this for me at no extra cost. Great customer service and support there Tom thanks!Really happy with my kitchen and a proper professional finish I love it! Tom's not a Jack of all trades he's a master of 1 trade. Probably one of the smaller kitchens that Tom has done, it was only a refurbishment replacing counter tops and sink. However Tom and his team took a lot of care in ensuring a top quality finish and attention.

Quite honestly one of the best tradesmen I have ever dealt with.Price was fair and the work was completed far faster than originally anticipated. Tom was punctual, tidy, and worked late to get the job done.Tom kept us informed every step of the way and checked with us on various options as the build progressed.He also went the extra mile on more than one occasion - he assembled all of the Ikea kitchen from flat-pack (quite a feat in its own right), replaced the cooker hood after I had been sent the wrong one, and built a custom cupboard from scratch to hide our combi boiler.I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking to have their kitchen refitted to speak to Tom. I used Tom to fit my Wren assembled kitchen. I was a little anxious at first as he didn’t have many reviews but he has definitely surpassed my expectations!His attention to detail is fantastic and his price very competitive. He built a frame for my under-mount sink which my worktop fitters/family paid a lot of compliments to - you can have a bath in it!Highly recommend and would definitely use in the future again.

I cannot praise Thomas and his team enough, they are by far the most professional team I have ever worked with. The installation of my kitchen was seamless; they made what is usually a stressful process, stress free.Communication was great from the start. Thomas happily answered an endless list of questions and was very clear as to the services that would be included within the quote. He was also happy to help source products that I needed, e.g. skirtings, to help reduce my workload.The kitchen and flooring has been installed perfectly, no corners cut. I'm extremely happy with the final outcome. He performed extra work not included in the quote with no complaint or additional charges. We also extended the scope of the job to include additional storage to be built from scratch (which looks amazing!).During the week the team worked on their own initiative, consulting with me when needed. They just got on with the job and were very respectful of my house and very clean.Thomas also referred other contractors, e.g gas engineers who were just as great and reliable.I really appreciated Thomas visiting after the initial installation to put up a splashback which was delayed due to tiling (a delay on my side). He maintained communications and finished the job entirely!I would not hesitate at all in recommending this company and will definitely be using them again!
