TGB Sheds

Was initially told there would be plenty of notice of installation in order to arrange time off work. They rang out of the blue giving me three days notice which was not convenient for me. Was told quite rudely that there would be a long wait if I did not take this date.Said they would contact me with a.new date but never did . I had to eventually ring to get an installation date. Roof had a nail sticking out.Spoke to Becky several times and sent all the photos she requested.She kept saying she hadn’t received them which was odd as they were showing in my sent emails. At no point did they tell me that faults have to be reported within 7 days and so there was no point in sending multiple emails with photos. They eventually agreed to fix it as this was clearly not a fault that could be classed as wear and tear, and had been there from the start. Said they would someone the next day to fix it but nobody turned up despite waiting in all day and haven’t heard from them since.Or customer service from start to finish so would not recommend and would not buy from them again.

I am absolutely delighted with the shed and the service that TGB provide. I've had an 8'x12' Groundsman installed and it's absolutely perfect. Can't wait to get it kitted out with my own fittings to complete the new workshop! Special thanks to Abbie in the Installations Team for fielding an endless series of technical questions from me whilst I planned everything out, and to Tony & Mike who fitted the shed absolutely immaculately. Highly recommended.

We bought a shed a year ago from TGB sheds, and I don’t recall ever leaving a review (probably waiting to see what time would tell). The build itself was done very quickly, by two friendly men. It arrived flat packed and within an hour (or two max), it was built! A year on and the shed shows no sign of wear, and has dealt with heavy rainfall well. There is a slight issue with the locking system, where the door has been locked but can still open, but we have been able to resolve this fairly easily. For the size and money paid, we’re still very happy with our purchase.

The introduction of this amazing space has changed the way in which the whole family make use of the garden and newly available social space. Dealing with the team at TBG was effortless, enjoyable and efficient. A fantastic product, service and price. Would strongly recommend their services for anyone interested in sheds, summerhouses and home office

Bought an ex demo corner shed, so had already viewed it so knew what quality to expect. Delivered in time advised. Fitted in 20mins, they also gave some maintenance advice. Happy as Larry!

It is now 8 weeks today since out shed was delivered with only one widow completed. After 3 or 4 return visits and numerous emails and calls it is still not complete. The glass that was fitted I have had to remove as it was so poorly fitted. I was promised again this week to give them one one more chance to rectify and they would be there the next day. Well that that was 3 days ago, no visit and no contact. The quality of the shed is fine, but heaven help if its not completed in the first visit. My advice avoid and find a company that has good after service reviews or take a gamble. But be warned.

Purchased from a local supplier. Couldn't be happier with our new summer house. Its provided us with a perfect space to relax in.Excellent service provided. Arrived on time and efficiently fitted.

We ordered a playhouse for our daughter in January as the company we bought the playhouse from (GBC Southampton) were offering free fitting. The playhouse was everything that we wanted for our daughter. As COVID had scuppered our holiday plans, we decided to spend that money on the play house. It was expensive but looked very well made at the showroom.Approximately £2800 later & having paid nearly £600 for a patio made to measure, we had a delivery within 3 weeks. When it was delivered the rain was pouring. The two men proceeded anyway despite the torrential rain. Not only did they bring the wrong side panel, they did not bring the central roof tiles or other key parts. The roof was not connected properly in the middle but as TGB had not brought the right parts, a delivery was scheduled 2 weeks later. The fitters decided to staple a piece of tarpaulin on top of the play house in order to keep the rain out. This did not work, unsurprisingly.The playhouse was haphazardly put together. There were screws sticking out inside that had splintered the wood or not in anything.Despite the wood being treated, the rain got in and has stained the wood on the inside. The rain still gets into the play house.The roof tiles were not fitted correctly and water was still leaking in.The roof was not fitted correctly to the frame of the play house so a large gap is present between the roof and the frame. As the roof is not fitted correctly, the inside is not straight and leaks water.The metal fittings have rusted within two months.There are many other issues but I will go into the customer service. I have attached photographs.2 weeks after fitting, more workmen arrived and fitted the roof tiles & the shelving and shutters that were not delivered the first time. The fitters arrived on the schedule of the company and at no point were we in charge of when they would arrive.Despite two separate fittings, none of the work men looked over their work to make sure it was completed to a standard worthy of £2800. These issues were raised in February after the second fitters arrived. We were told that the email would be sent to the complaints manager Becky and they would be in touch. One month later and there was no reply. We complained with GBC who stated they would chase up the complaint. They did not succeed & I was unimpressed that they did not put the effort in to resolve the complaint. On March 23rd, we were expecting a visit from an assessor and GBC managed to get an assessor to come and take photographs and document the problems. My wife had arranged to work from home for the day. They did not show. The assessor was rescheduled two weeks later on the 6th April. The man who arrived did not complete the full assessment, because based on the report he submitted, it was decided after a meeting between the complaints manager and the Managing Director that the issues could be fixed".I had to take a day off work because there is little to no flexibility around the customer's availability & 1 man came down to "fix" the playhouse. The man who arrived did a job on the minor problems but it was clear from his demeanour that he felt that what he had been assigned to do was a complete waste of time. Nevertheless

Had a new shed installed this week. The quality is really good and I am over the moon. Ordered via a1sheds and was told to expect a wait of around 6 weeks. It was delivered and installed in under 10 days. The service was fantastic with no issues.

Our neighbour has a TGB shed. My son's wayward football shot flew over the fence and smashed a piece of wooden trim off the back of the shed.When the neighbour insisted we buy him a new trim, I spoke to Ellie at TGB who was super helpful. She arranged for a new piece of trim to be sent out immediately.When it turned out that the neighbour had given us the incorrect dimensions, it wasn't too much trouble for TGB and they couriered over the new, correct piece of wooden trim.Great service -- Thank you!
