MY EVENT HAS OBVIOUSLY BEEN CANCELLEDMY EVENT HAS OBVIOUSLY BEEN CANCELLED. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL 2 WEEKS AGO MY REFUND WOULD BE UP TO 10 DAYS.NOW 2 WEEKS HAVE PASSED STILL NO REFUBD AND WHEN I'M GETTING IN CONTACT WITH THEM. COULD BE 5 TIMES A DAY. IM GETTING IGNORED.THIS IS APPAULING BEEN IGNORED AND NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY BACK.EDITED!!!I HAVE JUST BEEN ONTO MY ACCOUNT NOW I AM RECEIVING THIS MESSAGE'''We're sorry - we are unable to track your order using those details.''' This doesn't mean that there is a problem with your order, but for security reasons the email address and postcode/card number you entered must exactly match the details you supplied when you bought the ticketsWHY IS THIS COMPANY REFUSING TO ANSWER EMAILS. AND REFUSING MY REFUND?????

First of all what an initiative, to help caring individuals to enjoy events that they may not have been able to attend. Just back from Wales v Barbarians....Well organised by TFG and RFU. Brilliant day. Many thanks.

A very disappointing experience.I didn’t expect to see a ghost or anything, but I certainly didn’t expect such obvious fraud occurring.The flashlight turning on and off by itself (which the staff were pushing as the spirit responding to our questions) was fixed by simply screwing in the batter properly.At one point we were listening to the voice over from some app where words were supposedly being detected via EMF. Problem is the person running the vigil accidentally let the word which came through slip before we heard it on the speaker, suggesting to us that they were deciding what words get said.

Just want to say a huge “Thank you” for the hospitality experience at Old Trafford on Saturday. It certainly gave Tom a birthday he won’t forget in a hurry.From the initial welcome through to leaving at the end of the evening everyone was friendly, professional and attentive to an exemplary level. We couldn’t have wished for anything better.First class, thank you.

Have moved my seat as its not sold out so now on the edge, not happy neither are the people next to me

First time using but totally happy - needed last minute tickets for the darkness and got them 6hrs before the show. I paid face value plus 10% fee - tickets emailed instantly and all went smoothly though did need to keep checking the app for availability despite setting up an alert ( never received any alert and only saw the available tickets by chance). Will use again.

We had a fabulous experience with Viscount Cruises when we booked our private cruise. They went out of their way to accommodate us, were warm and friendly throughout the whole process and made our experience on the Thames a fabulously enjoyable one. The ship itself had great facilities, plenty of room and comfortable seating as well as a fully stocked bar. Whilst on the river the skipper George took us wherever we wanted to go, whilst being extremely helpful and insightful. I would gladly recommend their services to anyone looking for a bespoke experience on the river Thames. Thanks again to Viscount Cruises!

First class service, yes they might be slow at times, but I can handle that because they are amazingly helpful and thorough. Sometimes, taking it easy, is far better as the service is quality.
