Thank you to Suzann for all of your help when we came to visit the Glasgow branch. From the moment we have walked in the door we were made feel welcome by both Suzann and Jaqlyn. We knew what we were looking for when we went out that day looking for the ring.We both love the ring its perfect. I would highly recommend Austen & Blake. Austen & Blake have been brilliant throughout our engagement/wedding journey. Phyllis was great at assisting with the choice of engagement ring back in July 2021. Great personality, lovely lady. So much so, we had to go back in March this year for our wedding rings. Again, Phyllis was brilliant, as were the other staff. We had a great experience from start to finish. Love our rings and would definitely recommend. Also, have to point out, you get so much more for your money as there is no middle man as such, so you get fabulously valued gems for way less than you'd get from a shop that buys in stock.

Could not fault the service we received by Suzann at Austen & Blake when designing our engagement rings. The process of designing our rings from start to finish was seamless and Suzann made it so pleasant. She was always quick to reply to any queries and kept us up to date regularly with our order. We cannot recommend Austen & Blake enough and cannot wait to go back and design our wedding rings .

Amazing service from Jaclyn and her colleagues in the Glasgow store. I can't recommend them enough.The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Buying the ring was a bit daunting but they helped me through the process and provided honest answers when I was stuck between a couple of options. They took time to ask questions about my partner to get to know her, her style etc so they could help me pick the best ring to suit her.The prices and quality on store is great. Can't recommend them enough.

My fiancé and I visited Austen & Blake in Glasgow when we were in the city last November. We had previously been in A LOT of other shops and couldn't find a wedding ring that went with my engagement ring. From the first appointment with Jaclyn she was welcoming, helpful and went the extra mile without it feeling scripted or forced. I found my dream wedding ring that day (one that I had hoped to get but didn't know was possible with my ring shape) but thanks to the service offered by Austen & Blake I could have a fully-custom piece within our price range. Jaclyn was always available on email and helped through the whole design process and made it feel easy. She is an absolute credit to you and your business, and I cannot recommend Austen & Blake enough.

Jaclyn and the Glasgow store in general were first class from when I originally ordered my fiancée's engagement ring right up to after the proposal. The jewellery itself is stunning and of the highest quality. I would highly recommend anyone to visit this store if you are looking for something different from other, mainstream jewellers as they offer a vast array of beautiful rings.Thank you Jaclyn!

I would like to thank Jaclyn from the Glasgow store for her great customer service. Right from the offset, she helped me choose the perfect rings.I wold also like to thank Suzann, who I met initially when I was in the store with my son to arrange his girlfriend’s ring. She showed me some ideas and I went away to have a think about my options.I came back the following week, but Suzann was on her day off.Jaclyn was as able to complete he service for me.The rings are stunning and amazing value.I would definitely recommend Austin Blake and their staff.

Incredible service from the guys at Austin & Blake, Very friendly and personal service. No pushy sales tactics and they are very happy to work within your budget to find the perfect ring for your partner not to the mention the time they take to show you what they have and take time to explain every bit of the process as well as being informed of the progress of the ring if its a customer order. It's also a nice touch to see that they remember your face when you come back. Would 100%recommend

My fiancé was so nervous about picking a ring, he hates being “sold too” but Jaclyn was truly amazing in understanding his wishes and working to how he works as a person, being a scientist he would’ve been hard work as he is extremely detail oriented and needs to know every single detail. As far as I know Jaclyn went above and beyond to work with him and help to create his own bespoke vision. I am over the moon with my ring and when we went back in to say thank you the girls took time to speak with us and chat about how he proposed and are just genuinely all lovely, attentive and wonderful staff. I couldn’t be happier and neither could my new fiancé! He is buzzing and can’t stop recommending.

I couldn't recommend Austen & Blake highly enough. I booked an appointment at the Glasgow store with hardly any idea of the different components you need to think about when buying an engagement ring.However, Jaclyn was super helpful and stayed very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions along the way.
