My girlfriend wants to leave a review.Place is welcoming and the lady was polite that delt with her.Down fall was she has had lots of Swedish massages and felt the masseuse did not know how to do it properly. She let her know the pressure was too soft a couple of times which didn't seem to change, she was very slow and doing same movements, only managed to do front of the legs and was ment to have a full body but asked to just do her back due to time and masseuse didn't work out the stress knots. Also she was cold during massage not sure if it was the room or because massage was so slow.

Staff had lied about an offer saying back scrub treatment was not included in the offer when it was, and then blamed it on us being 5 minutes late when questioned by the manager. It would have been fine if they were honest. Even though staff were friendly and welcoming at the time, they then reported false accusations to the managers about us to defend their own mistakes. Misleading offer saying it was 2.5 hours when it was really 1.5 hours.

Hydrotherm massage was wonderful and my shellac nails look brilliant

Went to Seasons Day Spa for a facial and it was lovely! Inside was very clean and all the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly.Will definitely go back again, and will be recommending them to friends and family !

I've been visiting this salon since it first opened.I've had various treatments from Indian head massage, full body massage, pedicure the list goes on. I always find the staff friendly, polite and professional.Looking forward to using the hot tub for a girly get together with my sister and niece's.Sali H xXx

Courteous and professional. Love going there for treatments. Could do with expanding treatment list but good at what they do.
