Really concerned, an entire employment is missing, have links to pay documents but they lead no where. Very concerned!!! They have very sensitive information. Will be reporting to the financial regulator. Unacceptable massive gdpr breachUnable to get in contact with them. They tell you email an account that their standard emails says is unmanned. Something is really off here

My experience has been one of persistent poor service. Many problems with not being able to log in or update my password, and being unable to retrieve vital tax information. Can only contact them via email, which they only answer when they feel like it - if at all. Avoid.

I highly recommend Paycircle. The software is easy to use and the staff are more than willing to help if you have any questions. They have made the pensions auto-enrolement very simple.Sage payroll has got some serious competition!Keep up the good work.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. There is no customer support, I am left trying to guess how to get reports out of this horrible system. There is no training, no support and no answer when you call the company. The system itself is not clear and confusing also reports are not compatible with the pension providers for uploads.

Excellent user interface and very prompt support. Truly makes it possible for anyone to run a Payroll...

We use Paycircle our 2nd year. It is a great tool for small business. The interface is user friendly, you can preview payroll anytime you need, make changes where necessary (e.g. leavers). Its easy to understand how payroll is calculated, there is a perfect overview regarding pension and HMRC contribution as well as deadlines they need to be paid by. Everything was easy to set up, employees get payslips automatically via email, it will create P45, P60 no problem. After each payroll it also generates handy summary reports for easy overview, tracking and storing information.I give 4 stars as I feel Holiday & Sickness tracking can be improved. It is handy that we can track employee holidays, sickness and unpaid leave in their profile section. Unfortunately this is not interconnected with Payroll, so you still have to add them manually through add change". I feel this should be interconnected.I also would welcome choice in payslip colour. Nothing against pink

Terrible, been underpaid now for months (by several hundred each month), because they ran my pay rise, as another job, meaning HMRC changed my tax code (that i then had to phone and fix)Recieved this months pay, haven't recieved any the extra tax i paid back for the last 6 months. :) Great.
