I don't have to attend the practice often, but when I do I always feel well looked after too and cared for - especially when Kelly is around. A well run practice that other centres in the area could learn from. I hope the level of service is continued!

For someone who hasn’t been to the dentist in 25 years, the staff make you feel really welcome, comfortable and relaxed . Both Ricard and his nurse phoebe were really good and put my mind at ease … phoebe was excellent she made sure I was comfortable and relaxed at every stage ..

I'm.terrified of the dentist and have been since I was young. I joined the practice after not seeing a dentist for 6+ years and have needed a lot of work. The whole team from reception to nurses to dentists have all been phenomenal and understanding with this phobia and I still cry every time, but the care I have received so far has helped me to keep attending and my mouth health is so much better. Thank you all

I have been a patient here for years. We have had a terrible experience. My daughter was referred for braces and I moved house updated with the surgery waited the 3 years to be told it had not been updated, due to the surgery not updating the details my daughter went to the bottom of the list and had to wait an extra 3 years. I have today been told that I have been struck off as a patient as I haven’t attended for some time. When the lockdown started we stopped receiving appointments. Apparently they have been messaging a number that had been cut off, didn’t send any letters or emails. The woman on the phone is not very helpful one of my kids is allowed to be a patient but not myself or my daughter. The dentists are lovely but the office staff are extremely unhelpful unfortunately

Great dentist coming from someone who hates going but always made welcome and relaxed by the friendly staff and incredibly nice receptionist .

First time going to this dentist. It's never been my greatest place to visit but was made to feel at ease. Also was on time so didn't have time to dwell. Will be going for a few appointments over the coming weeks. Staff & dentist very nice & explained what the next course of treatment will be so at least I will know what to expect.

This was my first hygienist appointment, so I was apprehensive to begin with. Although the cost and wait time I was fairly satisfied with, the results I was beyond disappointed and mortified. Upon arriving home and examining my ‘newly cleaned’ teeth I noticed a very obvious and visible crack down the centre of my front tooth. After having a family member clarify I wasn’t just seeing things, they informed me that I actually had the same mark on two additional teeth. This has obviously deterred me from ever seeing a hygienist again.

I booked a hygienist appointment. It was 10 minutes late which didn't bother me but I found my appointment was very rushed to be on time for another appointment after me. It only took 10 minutes for the hygienist to get my teeth cleaned and a lot was missed. I could tell she was in a rush. Better pay extra £50 and get it done somewhere else.

A truly lovely dentist surgery. Lucky to find this place, all of the receptionist, dentist assistants and dentists (except for 1 dentist who was rude, might be a locum dentist as we saw her on the weekend for emergency appointments) were very friendly, helpful and professional. My daughter usually very nervous to see dentist but most dentists we've seen there have been very patient and good in reassuring her. Yesterday, my daughter had a check up with Dr Mandla, he was brilliant very professional and has a very good way of dealing with kids, made our visit to dentist so much better. I would highly recommend this place.
