Dr shah is a caring, kind man who always listens and does his best for his patients . My husband and I have complete faith in him. The receptionists do the best they can in difficult times. They have always tried to help and when they can’t are never rude just make other suggestions . It is hard to get appointments some times but that’s the same everywhere. It’s not the fault of the receptionists or the doctor particularly.

The contact is good, but I do not recommend it to people in a wheelchair. I had a big problem with the driveway to the main door. The door opens automatically but getting up the hill to this door is a great difficulty. Then I encountered the second problem, the second door to the clinic caused me another big problem, opening it manually is difficult and dangerous. Another problem is that the window to the reception desk is built up high and I can't be noticed by the employee at the reception desk. I had to wait for any patient to enter the clinic and call the person at the reception, behind the high built-in window of the reception and inform the nurse that I was in the waiting room. The reception is completely unprepared for people with disabilities. Despite the fact that I have a clinic close to my house, I am forced to look for another GP that is adapted for disabled people in a wheelchair where I will be able to be independent and safe. I hope that the owner of GP will fix these imperfections and take care of patients moving in a wheelchair.

Dr Shah is a snake. My mum was not well so I moved her in with me.I called the doctor out to the house as she was unwell to travel to the doctor's surgery. The next day the nurse called me asking me to come and change the address. And she called again can you come and change the address. And she called a third time can you come and change the address. So I said ok I will come straight away I was a bit confused thinking what's the urgency? Then about a month later my mum had a heart attack so I rang the doctors surgery. The receptionist told me I'm sorry we can't help you as you've changed the address and we are no longer in your catchment.I was devastated as I knew the nurse personally and couldn't believe that she and doctorStabbed me in the back.I don't want to speak about the nurse because she is no longer with us but I was very hurt as I helped her and her family many times. As for Dr Shah he not a Dr I true Dr would never do what he did

Absolutely the best surgery ever, they have done more for me in 6 months than other surgeries did in 15 years, the receptionists are excellent always polite and helpful, and Dr.D Shah and Dr R Shah are both extremely brilliant doctors, they listen and they do what they say they will do, all the other staff at the practice that I have had dealings with, nurse, pharmacist, HCA etc. are all caring and easy to talk too, and in my experience all these things are very rare nowadays, I can't praise this surgery enough they really are the very very best.

I cannot believe how distasteful the women on reception is. I called up to register and explained everything on the phone and I was told I just need to come and grab a form and fill it up.When I did turn the women I. Reception didn’t even bother to listen and just went on to say we cannont take you here like I am some kind of dog. No explanation nothing. I understand staff can be overwhelmed but this was really rude and disrespectful
