Abie, Gemma and the team did an absolutely fantastic job of on-the-day coordination for our DIY, garden party wedding in June. Unsurprisingly, never having planned a wedding before, there were a lot of things we hadn't thought of! The team were full of brilliant suggestions about everything from décor to event setup, on-the-day timing and suggesting suppliers we could use.They were incredibly helpful with planning and setup, and despite all the madness of the day before, Abie's super calm and positive outlook left me 100% reassured that everything would go smoothly on the day, which it did, of course! We had the most perfect day and couldn't have done it without the West Country Wedding Planners. Thanks so much!

My husband and I got married near Wellington in Somerset in July and had the best experience with WCWP! We had some really great calls with Gemma and then Abie before hand. Abie was amazing, she helped us nail all the timings before hand too and gave us lots of helpful tips, on the day (which poured!!) she was a total godsend. She managed to find a babysitter last minute after one cancelled, sorted out things that went wrong of which there were quite a few with the rain… kept us on time, got more loo paper, got water when the water ran out, made signs I had forgotten for the church, and when we changed our schedule was amazing! Thank you so so so much - you guys seriously made our day seamless and just perfect! It would NOT have been the same with out you!! Would highly recommend. My husband and I agreed it was some of the best money we spent.. not having to worry throughout the day, just being told what to do and go where when! Do it!

Honestly I don't know how people manage without Gemma at their wedding. She totally coordinated the day, being point of contact for the photographer, band, catering, marquee hire, bar and staff, games etc etc so we didn't have to worry about a thing, she totally had our backs without being in your face. Money extremely well spent, many of our guests commented on how smoothly everything ran. Thanks so much Gemma for being the backbone of our wedding day x

Deborah was absolutely incredible planning our wedding. Nothing was to much hassle and the communication was second to none. I loved that I could just communicate via WhatsApp with any questions I may have. Plus the planning tool where I could add inspiration of our wedding vision. She put me at ease with any questions I did have and got everything sorted promptly. Would definitely recommend west county wedding planner.

Deborah is a fabulous wedding planner. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was always quick to respond to my many, many questions and queries. Gemma and her team were brilliant and we couldn’t have run the day so smoothly without her. She managed contractors, made on the spot decisions and kept everyone to time without adding any stress. We would recommend Gemma to anyone wanting on the day coordination - so worth it and meant us and close family could enjoy the day!

We booked West Country wedding planner for our wedding in sidmouth. I could not recommend them more ! Their whole team was fantastic Gemma, Abie and Kayleigh ! Abie was available to us on the day and she was wonderful making sure everything ran completely smoothly. She put both our minds at ease was incredibly organised and efficient and friendly. She was fantastic with our guests and managing the vendors. Kayleigh was also fantastic on the day. I didn’t have to worry about a thing they went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. I cannot thank them enough! I was also able to hire extra decor (wedding postbox, love letters etc ) that I wanted from their sister company bold and beautiful weddings! It was super handy they delivered and helped to set it up. They also moved my own decor throughout the day to re use it in various locations as the wedding party moved about. They also helped me if I needed any recommendations for suppliers. Don’t hesitate to book them they remove all the stress to allow you to enjoy your wedding day !

We used the on the day co-ordination service and I really could not recommend it more. For anyone considering it (and especially if you're having a home wedding), do it! Gemma and Sophie took all the stress away and handled everything - even the things I thought only I would know about. They helped our day run smoothly, took care of all the suppliers and managed the waiting staff. They were also very inconspicuous and not at all pushy or bossy towards guests. The Westcountry Wedding Planning team are just what every bride and groom need! We approached them when we realised that our dream location wasn’t going to allow us access to decorate the day before, so they swooped in and picked up all the on the day coordination for us. And they couldn’t have done a more fantastic job! Our Wedding Coordinator was fantastic, she transformed our location in to a venue fit for a wedding in a short amount of time, adding personal touches and decorations. She made sure that things ran smoothly (even literally running buttonhole flowers down the high street!) and that all the suppliers knew when and what they were doing! It was so helpful to tap in to their knowledge and vast experience to plan our day too. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
